I got this number called to me today. Said I had computer problems and would call me tommorow when I'm by my computer. He was foreign and hard to understand. Very weird.

Received a call from this number . A man insisted on speaking to my 11 year old daughter.

Caller stated he was from Government and I will receive a grant and I need to call a 202 number.
I had received numerous calls from this number in the past.

A woman called telling my husband she was having problems with her husband and that she was leaving him because we kept calling...eeeck!

Got a call from this number today. I am a small business owner and amused to shady calls. I tell people I have no idea what they are talking about so they stop trying to scam me with loans or credit card machines. This guy asked if I was open, I played dumb said I didn't know what he was talking about. He got real nasty said his name was Steven and the he was going to find me and sexaully assult me (to word thing nicely). Ive called the cops and made a report.

received a call and the gentleman said he was from UPS and that I had package that I need to pick.  I inquire from who and he said it was a sweetstakes and I just hang up.

The area code appears to be 50, but that's just a guess. Just as others have done, when I answered they hung up and when I called back a message said it was disconnected. How can it be disconnected when they keep calling? Is there a way to trace back or block?

Similar story:  This number came up on my cell as my doctor calling so I answered (the number was in my contacts because my doctor had left me a message months ago which had appeared on my cell as coming from this number so I added it to the doctor's 'card').  It was actually my daughter calling from her vacation in Maine!!!  This is not her number!  I tried calling it back and rec'd computer message number no longer in service.  If it makes any difference, we have Verizon...

It's using *67 to block caller ID stupids

Same as above... no one on line, calls at late hours, no. says " disconnected " when called back.

Guys, it's the number that comes up when someone uses *68, like when they want to hide who is calling. Mystery solved!

Keep getting calls and they say bad words that are vulgar and rude.

These f****ng people will not stop calling I believe it is law enforcement because nobody can do anything about these jokers leaves it to me that it is a inside hoax that will never stop law enforcement and Fbi what a joke

Got several calls from this #, I believe it is an app that initiates prank calls!

Missed call and when I returned it got a recording that the number was not in service.  This is the second in the past two months.

Got two calls from this number, when i tried calling it back it was disconnected

It's number has shown up on my cell but both calls (that show this as the incoming number) have been from people I know, with totally different phone numbers.  One from out of state. They assured me they were calling from their home number.   Verizon said the 774 number was a disposable number but could not trace the origin.  I believe there's something crossed somewhere and calls are funneled through this number.  It may show up on your phone as 774-xxxx but chances are whoever is calling is calling from a totally different number.  Just a thought. ?

Keeps calling and leaves no message

Got a call from this number, but it had no area code. The man on the other side asked for "Rachel". I told him it was a wrong number and he asked if he could know who he was talking to. I said no and hung up.

Just received a call from 774-8283 and as someone else said, there was no area
Code attached and when I called the number back... Big surprise when a recording
Came on saying,"This number has been disconnected or is no longer in service."
If you have the ability to block it, do it! They called my phone and when I didn't answer
My phone rang again after 2 minutes.

Received  a voice mail message this morning 9-7-12 from a man saying he was Mr. Michael Bush from the UPS Delivery Service and that it was very important that I call 1-876-406-3434.  When I looked at the number that actually called it was 505-774-8283.  I did not return the call.
