Quite a few people are saying this is verizon but idk. I have straighttalk on an att phone but this number called me FOUR times at 3:45AM and left no message. That pretty late and, well, crazy for a costomer service program...

If you read any of the other posts about this number you would realize it is Verizon, not AT&T like you stated.

the caller did not leave a message, i hit ignore since i remembered seeing something about this phone number.......
i do not have any reason to be hearing from AT&T, no phones, have not had landline for years, so not sure why they would call.

Was a rep for verizon wireless. This is the number for the call center. If you call it back it goes to *611. This is not a scam and usually just a rep calling you back. And this center DOESN'T handle collections.

It is Verizon Customer Service. I sent them an email about my account. Annoyed that they called me though, if I had wanted to speak to them I would have called instead of sending an email.

It is Verizon Wireless Customer Service. I called a few weeks ago about a low signal at my house. They called and left a message saying they resolved it and to call again if I have any more issues.

Got a call from this number. Didn't know the number so I rejected it. They called back 3 tomes after that, no voice mail message. I am NOT a verizon customer so I donKt know if this is verizon or not.

This is legit ... it's Verizon Customer Service. I received a call from this number today. They were responding to an e-mail message I sent them yesterday. They left me a voice message and a Customer Service number to call back.

Got a call from this number. No sound. No voicemail. I have Verizon Wireless. I always get random calls from some number shortly after(a day or two) I have called Verizon Wireless recently with a complaint or issue.

Received a call from Verizon in regards to an email I sent them on an incorrect charge on our bill. I did not get to the phone in time. Approximately 10 minutes later, I received an email from a Verizon customer service rep stating they had tried to reach me by phone. They followed the call with a detailed email. Good customer service for a change. Perhaps Verizon is attempting to improve...

Apparently from the verizon perspective completing the survey entitles them to call you for follow up.
