this "mr McCoy" guy has been blowing up my phone - he tries to uses "serving papers" and "contact me within 48 hours" type tactics - he also googles your name so he can find information about you on the internet so he can try and scare you - ignore him - he is rude from day 1 and I would suggest just adding this to your block list on your iPhone! Thank god for this feature :)

06/11/2012 at around 0835 am,Somebody from this phone, called me on my daughter's phone,which used to be under my name. Proceed to call  right back and when they answered never told me what was this all about, SECOND : Even thou that i Was offering my options,they closed all the possibilities to me. This was an amount that i borrowed from cash advance,Schwab.com a bank that i used to buy stock from was the bank that handled deposit and payments from this company called Cash Advance .This happened when i was working.After this company(cash advance) deposited the $400.00 in my account,before i knew that the money was there,they started deducting the payments.They never sent me a note notifying me about the money(cash Advance).therefore the money that was taking out of my schwab account,was the same that they borrowed me. they took their money plus interest.I thought that this case was closed never received anything else from them until now from the (507)201-4132 phone which never identify themselves as collectors offices or agency,etc only a person with a naughty tone called : """ Adam Williams ? ''''. So what i did was i submit my case to : FairDebtHelpers.com, Phone Number : (866)399-1156. Do not hesitate to contact them. This collectors (507)201-4132 should not be in business . They are taking the wrong side of the law in their hands without been punished.

I dealt with this company my loan was through cashnet i too was skeptical i called the loan company they did not know who they were either but this is why. Cashnet sold my account to Debt Management Partners they then sold it to Riverview Asset Management this company is owned by Riverview Asset management and had the legal ownership to my debt long story short once i verified they were legit they actually helped me out in resolving the matter, but so you don't get jammed up call and verify this chain of events. hope that helps a little.
