Like the majority of you, we noticed a charge for $30.99 on our account when checking our bank account online. We live near Faribault, MN, but have not been there to purchase anything, nor did we order anything for our pets online. FYI--I have worked with BBB claims in the past. As long as the company responds to the BBB, nothing more is really done. If you want to report this company CONTACT THE ATTORNY GENERAL IN YOUR STATE. You can bet that will be my next email/letter!!

On May 18, I noticed a charge on our Visa bill for $30.99 from this company.
We have never done business with them and do not have pets.  After being unable to reach them my phone, we googled their number and wound up here.  We will be cancelling our cards as of today.  Not sure how they are continuing to do this but people need to check all their accounts very carefully each month.

I found a charge for $30.99 posted 3/26 on my Visa card from YOUR PET SUPPLIER in Minnesota. Never heard of them and didn't buy anything from them. When I called FIA Card Services who handles my VISA acct. They said that this schmuck has charged others also.  They canceled my acct and are sending me a new card with a new number. The CS person I spoke the charge on my acct was thru the Internet. They were very unconcerned about all these fraudulent claims against this same person and could not stop more payments made to him.
I was told that unless it is a large amt. they don't bother to take any action.

I also had 30.99 taken out of my bank account from Your Pets Supplier. How sad that people resort to this type of fraud! They are really messed up. I didn't have anyone call me but noticed that money was taken out of my account from a company that I didn't recognize. Thank goodness for the bank I use who is investigating it and returning my money.

I just got my mastercard bill with a charge to Your Pets Supplier for 27.98! Looks like I'll be calling the fraud department and getting a new credit card. I can't believe this. I had to do the same thing a couple of years ago when something similar happened.I'm glad to be able to see that other people are having the same problem. I was trying to figure out if I bought something from this company!

Hey, Visa is great! I wasn't satisfied after my husband said Visa couldn't help, so I called them. They transfered me to the Fraud Dept and they will investigate. Bless them!

I had the same problem. The charge on my card was $27.98. I've sent in a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Also, not long after this I got a charge from "Photo Bank" with phone number (888) 216-7758. This is also a scam that's been reported on this site. Maybe these two are connected?

Important security notice

03-11-09 YOUR PETS SUPPLIER 507-933-4157 MN auth# xxxxx -30.99

I did some research on the heartland payment system BREACH which HAPPENED and some research on your pet's supplier... we all got screwed. they're not sure if any of us are getting our money back or when. My Visa card was charged $22.99 on 12/05. We didn't notice the charge until March. When we called Visa, they said we reported it too late and they couldn't help us! I wonder who's getting this money and how they're getting our identity? Someone is getting rich by charging a lot of people just small amounts here and there and they're getting away with it..

I got jipped out of $26.98 on my credit card on 3/1/09 from this pet supply place in Faribault, MN. I don't have any pets and have never purchased anything from this internet place. My credit card company had to cancel it and are giving me a new one.  Now how these people charged my account is beyond me, but this is big time thievery. You can complaint to the Better Business Bureau at http://www.mnd.bbb.org in Saint Paul, MN or email ask@thefirstbbb.org. If you don't file a complaint they will keep getting away with stealing other people's hard earned money. Also, you might want to delete all you cookies on your computer regularly.
