This guys called my office about 30 times my employees are getting a kick out of it at this point.

This Irabian sounding guy " Roy Cooper "has been calling my work for the past 3 days non stop back to back tying up all 4 lines at one time for hours at a time!!  After the first couple of times he called i simply said i would take a message &# and have Chelle (me) get back in touch with him asap. All i did was google the the number he left.. 508-717-6489 ... All these comments came up..he as well said he was from a legal dept DFF.He needed me to verify my s.s. #& info bc 3 legal actions were being filed against me.. Theft by check & 2 others I've contacted my local police department & advised not to verify anything (which i alrdy knew) anyhow.. If you call the # back & ask for some random name... They will be there & answer the phone!! Smh.. So a coworker & i started calling them bk yelling at them & demanding $$ & blaring loud Irabian music(youtube) in their ears..&just gave them alittle taste of their own medicine... needless to say... MY WORK PHONES HAVE BEEN NICE & QUIET!!!!! :) These people are Crazy!!!

I have got several calls from 508-717-6469 His name is Brandon Lawerance or so he says.Very strong Indian accent saying they have 3 charges pending against me for a supposed payday loan. I never got a payday within the last 7 years. They call my work and cell and some how have my sons cell number and drive him crazy he is 15. Please no one give out anymore of your info they already have enough of it which is very scary. When you ask for the case number and to speak to someone thats speak good english they get very angry and threaten to have me arrested. These guy's have balls to do this to people but they dont like when you call and bug them a 100 times a day.

They have been calling me for over a year always threatening me with lawsuits and that I owe their clients thousands of dollars. They have gotten me fired from my job because they were previously calling me there. They now have somehow got a hold of my cell number and will not stop even with me telling them I will counter sue and file fraud charges.

Yeah, I've gotten this phone call a few times...do not give whoever calles any information about you or anyone else.....i work at 2 different law firms...the number their calling is a law firm...trust me...if someone is going to sue you..they are going to sue you through the American way...the Court process....their not going to just keep calling and threatening you....it amazes me(and no offense to Indian people or anyone else with an accent) that whenever they call...no one every speakes English and you can barely understand their accent and when you ask them to give you this alleged court case they have against you they can't tell you...he states he's going to have someone come to my job and arrest me...well i may could see that if I did something illegal or criminal but in a civil suit it doesn't work that way...even if it is a payday loan i did owe back in the day or whatever...they'd just sue me...not call my job...i've already notified every public entity i can about this scam...its funny now that i think about it....

I don't answer calls from #s I don't recognize...I google it first to see who they are.  I received a call from this number today and from other numbers as well.  I had several calls from 312-488-8292 in a matter of a few minutes...finally I answered it and the guy with an Indian accent started telling me there was a lawsuit against me and I said "look...I know you are just a scam...remove my number from your list and stop calling me", then I hung up.  I didn't receive anymore calls from that number but now this new one today...I've had this happen several times over the past few months from different phone numbers.  Short of changing my phone # I don't know how to get them to stop.

Received a call this morning.  A lady with a heavy east asian accent told me she was with the department of Law.  At that point I ask her what kind of scam she was trying to pull on me.  She hung up, immediately.

"Don't speak English good".   Neither do you!

I just got the same message on my work number.  The guy's name for me was John Smith, same story about my name and ssn are being investigated.  I called back just for the heck of it and some lady answered the phone, I asked for John Smith, she asked me for my name and I just said 'is John Smith there?'  She put the phone down and I could other conversations in the background and someone was being very threatening to whoever they were talking to .  She came back to the phone and asked if this was Debbie.  Of course, I told her no.  Not a very comfortable feeling!

Got this call today on my voice mail saying; that  my SS# is being investigated and I need to get in contact with them right away.  The guy said his name is Raymond Huffman with an heavy India accent.

These ppl keep calling and calling me saying i owe 300 dollars or im going to jail. That it had to be paid by tomorrow at 11 am. I knew it was a scam without a doubt so i obviously didnt give them any kind of information or verify anythig all though they did know everything about me which is actually very scary. I told him he wast getting s*** from me this Raymond mathon or something like that? I Told him i have bee recording everything hes saying and lied and told him i Was a Lawyer and that I was guna stick it to them. he hung up. I also told him that his accent sure didnt sound like raymond he had a very thick indian accent and i could hear ppl i the background speaking on the phone i arabic and crap this is so retarded I told him to stick to calling ppl in his own country because he sounded ridiculous. anywho THIS IS A SCAM REPORT THEM IF YOU CAN LETS GET THESE PPL PUT BEHIND BARS WHERE THEY BELONG IF ONLY I COULD SUE AND COME OUT WITH SOME MONEY LOL LIKE THEY HAVE PROLLY CAME OUT WITH ALOT OF MOEY FROM POOR INNOCENT PPL WHO R PROLLY STRUGGLING MAYBE NOT AS BAD AS THEM BUT PRETTY DAMN CLOSE. They are calling me at my 2nd job saying they are the department of law. Going by the name Jonny Davis. Left a message for me on someone else's phone. I don't know how they found that number but I am going to report them to my attoreny and let them handle it once again.

This is a SCAM.  The group has hacked a database from what I understand, and calls representing that someone has not fulfilled an obligation.  The thing is, it's all phony.  They have the last four digits from one's social security number from the information they have hacked so it makes them seem legitimate.

No one has to worry about these people.  This Kevin Burnett is a moron.  The fact is my wife did take out a payday loan in 2009.  She paid it back.  This guy calls her place of employment at the least 20 times a day.  Her boss called the local law enforcement and made a complaint.  In fact the day he did that, Kevin called 17-times in 5 minutes.  He made the mistake of calling her phone when I was home.  I answered it and had fun with him.  I kept asking for his physical address.  He told me he didn't have one.  He is a 3rd party collector and works basically as a sub-contractor.  He started telling me about this payday loan.  I then told him he has violated about every law in the Fair Debt Collecting Act.  He asked how, and I told him for one you keep calling me a Mother F@#&ER.  2. In the state of Iowa you cannot discuss any financial matter even with the spouse without the debtors approval.  We yelled back and forth for a while.  He told me he is going to call my wife over and over until she gets fired.  He hung up on me and I kept calling him back asking for his address.  He then would hang up.  I called him over 30-times withing two hours.  I even called him at midnight, he didn't like that.  The number is his cell.  Since then, he has not called once.

you need to call the police and explain that you were just scammed. they'll be better able to help you then someone one here.

I recieved a call from these people yesterday.. they threatened me repeatedly. The guy told me his name was Austin Jones. after several threats of sending me to jail I faxed them the information they wanted, these JERKS now have my bank account and debit card information. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!! they also had my address and the last 4 of my social. luckily I wasnt stupid enough to give them the rest of my social, but when you have the last 4 thats really ALL you need. please someone help me figure out what to do. Im just a 22yr old girl who took out a loan to help with some severel medical illnesses I've had lately, I was outa work because of it and needed the money to help with bills. now im afraid my identity is about to be stolen.

Somebody from this co said that someone used my identity to get a loan and when I tried to call back nobody unswers the phone.

There was someone who called me at work this morning harassing me and telling me that there was a lawsuit out against my name, I couldn't understand what they were saying because they spoke with heavy indian accents and when I asked what was going on they weren't able to explain anything to me and they yelled the information over and over again and hung up.

Getting the same calls, now their calling work. The guy calling me says his name is Anthony Boudioun. Can't understand a word, and talks 90 miles an hour. Calims a warrant has been issued and not to blame them for whatever happens next if I don't return his calls. Ha Ha!! Has been going on for about 5 months now. This week was first time he called my work. I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC if it does any good, who knows. Won't tell me who has filed a warrant or any information about the claim. This is rediculous how people get your private information and try to get your hard earned money. Someone has got to stop them!!!

Caller said that I had upaid payday loans and I was being sued.  Demanded that I pay over 500.00 to settle out of court.  Wanted all kinds of personal information.

Called, sounded like they were in a factory, saying to give them a call with my attorney and if not I'm going to be in big trouble LOL. Person could barely speak English, SCAM!!

They called my wife.  Threatening legal action on a payday loan we dont have. i did a reverse directory on the number.  Its a hard line # in Brocton Massechusettes... since it has a physical address. All of us can stop by and run these b*****ds out of the country. Call the INS (immigration) and report criminal activity.  That will stop the calls.  Thanks for your support.

yep I got a message saying the same things that you guys/gurls got.  some woman this time saying something about legal action and i needed to contact their lawyer to make payment arrangements... lol  it is all a scam... DO NOT SEND MONEY. in fact call the Dept of homeland security in your area.
From what i am reading.. they hack a number and use it to make the calls... similar to what the brits were nailed for in July.  and its un tracable.  Thanks to whoever developed the software to hack into phones and hijack phone #'s!!!!!!!!!!  makes me wanna go back to the ice age.

These people keep calling me at work and on my cell phone!

I have been receiving calls from this same number! At first it was just on my cell phone and then they started calling my work. They claim I defaulted on a payday loan that was done back in 2009, which I have not done a loan online before. They say that, "me or my attorney need to contact "Dominique Gardener" (bull  crap that is his name with the heavy accent he has) the matter at hand is very time sensative and that if i dont return the call all he can do is wish me good luck as the matter at hand will unfold on me."  My office manager talked with the person and told them that I no longer worked there and he told her that would send someone down to investigate if I really was not employeed with them. He then started asking for my personal info, he was them informed to stop calling of course he started getting crazy on the phone and she hung up. He called back, the phone had static in it and no one said anything. He had all of our phone lines tied up for about 5 mins., then they started on my cell again! I had someone to call to try to find out what this was and every time they answered and was asked to repeat themselves they would hang up. Then we googled the number and found these posting that it was a scam!! It is really aggravating all the messages and the calls they will call 9-10 times in one day. I would love to know when they will get tired of callig and leaving the same messages over and over again. We also looked up the number and it stated that it was "spoofed" which is where they can change the caller ID to say a different number than it really is. They acctually called my cell number with my work number to show up and I know no one was at work but thought maybe there had been an emergency and answered it and it was his stupid ... on the other end and I hung up, then he called right back with 804-728-0872 the same dumb butt calling and leaving a 2 min nessage on my VM. It is really old so beware of both these numbers and I feel for everyone!!!
