I just received a phone call and a text from my boss that a tom white with drnc law needed me to call a tom white @ 508-407-7251. The messg on my voice mail said NOT NICELT that i need 2 call him today to talk abt a law suit filed against me. So i called first off u dont get hi youve reached ---- u just get a hello from a every non speacking english man.  He first asked me where they called me at cell, work, or home. Told him cell and work which is against the law i thought to call my job. Then he wouldnt answer the question of who the person was filing the lawsuit.  He keep after me about he needed information on my attorney, really now.  He told me that i would be arrested bhy 11 am tomorrow. Again I asked who filed it. He finally told me I took a cash advance out under my name and SS# and he wanted me to verify my SS# I told him I wouldnt verify it and to do whatever he needed to. At that time he hung up. So like you Ive never taken out a Cash Advance but this is what he said I was going to be arrested for cuase I had paid it back.  People be ware.  Find out all you can and look them up before you give ANY information out.  And whatever you dont give them a dime.  They are only trying to scare you.  Also when I called the number back the second time tom white wouldnt anser phone just voice mail and its full..

My husband has been receiving phone calls from this # in Auburn Mass 508-407-7251.  The man trying to speak in broken English w/ a heavy "Middle Eastern" accent tell him that we (my husband) has an unpaid "PayDay Loan" and that he is under investigation and a warrent for his arrest will be issued the next day if he doesn't pay this loan right now over the phone with him.  This caller has his cell number, home number, address and as far as we know only the last 4 digits of his SS#.  If he doesn't pay it that police will arrive at our home remove him from our home in handcuffs.

When my husband asks for the information about this "unpaid Pay Day Loan" he is told it is from 2011.  When he asks for the exact date, he is put on hold for a supervisor.  After 3-4 minutes of listening to music.....the call is disconnected.

They then call back.  We (my husband on the phone taking prompts from me in the back ground) ask what the name of the company he is call from.  We are told "LAW FIRM" ....we ask what is the name of the "LAW FIRM"  After hesitation the man replys quickly wat sounded to be "McKenzie & Brower"......We ask him to please slow down and to correctly spell out the name so we could write it down.  He just repeats the name quickly........I then take the phone from my husband.  I Politely ask the man to speak very slowly and aphabetically in letters spell his company's name.  He says he doesn't understand the question so I repeat it and give him an example telling him my name is Mary and I will spell it out for you slowly   M    A    R   Y.   Then I ask him to do the same for his company's name and he says (get this) "I don't know how to spell McKenzie & Brower".  I keeping my composure without laughing ask him to look at the document that is reading from about my husband and locate the letters of his company's name and read them to me.  He says he can not read it.  I ask to speak to his supervisor and then the call is discounted again.

This number repeatly called us for about 45 minutes each time saying the same thing.  When my husband finally reaches this breaking point he starts yelling at the man demanding to know who he is what company name he is calling from the mailing address of the company.......the man starts yelling back at my husband calling him "A Dirty M F'er".......my husband returns the fowl language.  The man calls him a M F'er again saying if my husband continues to use fowl language he will come and KILL his M F'ing A$$ and his mother  (whom is deceased) and his wife and kids and hangs up.

Now myself and my husband are calling this number back both blocking our number and unblocking our number.........When they answer they just laugh in the phone saying "Your A$$ is mine M'F'er. the cops are coming to arrest you or me to kill you."

Police report is been made to our local PD.

This number keeps calling my job and cell. They cannot get their  names right first its Paul  Smith, David smith, Emalee white  all have the same voice calling trying to get $589.00. They claim to be lawyers trying to collect a debt. I don't owe no one. They are liars and thieves. Hang up on them. Truly scammer?s fraud trying to get your information and money for free!!

I have recieved the same calls from the 508 and 707 #.  They have called me at work.  I have reported them.  Please everyone call the bbb so we can put a stop to this nonsense.

I received a phone call from this phone. The man had a very heavy Indian accent. I could not understand him very well. He told me that I had a law suite against me for an unpaid cash advance loan which I have not paid back. I did not take a cash advance loan. He even had my social security number. I told him to mail the notice to my home. Then he told me that I would not receive the papers in the mail and I was going to be arrested at my place of work, I told them I would get a lawyer before I sent them any money then he told me to go to hell and hung up. I have been getting calls from them about every 30 minutes for the last week. I want this to stop.

A man with a heavy Indian accent, called my cell phone multiple times in a row while I was at work and then called me at work. He identified himself as James Olson. He stated that he is from The Department of Law and Investigation, and there is a lawsuit against my name and social security number. I tried to call back but it went to a voice mail that would not receive messages. He then called my number again and I answered. He stated that the senior attorny wanted to discuss my case with me. My cell phone dropped the call. I tried to return the call but went to voice mail that wasn't accepting messages.  He has not called back.
I received a similair call a few weeks ago from 707-857-5610. It is very alarming that these people have so much personal information.

They called my cell phone today. I then told them that I looked them up and they were a scam. I then told the guy that I had contacted the FTC and BBB and he hung up on me!

Those people are just plain scammers and need to put in jail . They call you at work and harraze you to death.

These people have called my cell phone and work. They left a message on the human resource manager phone for me and got a serious attitude when I called back to inquire about the matter. He left a name of Neil Johnson and the lady name is Alicia Williams. The message said that my social security number in under investigation and don't disregard the call. When I called A guy with a heavy foreign accent answered the phone "what do you want mam."

First a Mr. "Mark Allen", clearly of Indian descent, phoned my cell phone three times back to back from 508-683-0014, leaving a message that I was being investigated by the legal department on a claim connected to my social security number. When I did not pick up he called me AT WORK and left two messages. I finally picked up after the second call and told him that I am fully aware that this is a scam, that if there is truly a legal matter pending then they may SERVE me and that I will be contacting the authorities and reporting them. Amazingly enough, he stopped calling.

THEN I got a call from 508-407-7251. I ignored it, knowing that area code already. She then called again. I picked up this time. She said she is with the Department of Law and Investigation. I asked for her phone number and address. She gave me the phone number in very halting manner. I then asked again for the address and she hung up. I called back. I asked WHICH department of law and investigation... state or federal. She said a "law firm". I asked WHICH law firm. She hung up again.

THEN I called her back twenty-six times in a row. She mostly just hung up straight away, but once was on long enough for me to say "I can do this all day until you listen to me..." to which she responded "Shut up!" I continued to call back until she stayed on long enough for me to tell her that if she ever called me at work again I would find out where she was and sick the biggest, meanest, nastiest attorney on her that I possibly could.

Total scam.  These idiots have very heavy accents.  The person called me at work and left a message on my home number stating there was a lawsuit against me for a cash advance that had not been paid.  I knew it was a scam because I had not taken a cash adavnce. Mr. Neal Johnson stated that if I did not wire him the money he would have me arrested.  I told him to go ahead. He said f___ you.  I then asked him what was the name of the company I took the cash advance from and how much.  He could not tell me the name of the company.  He said he was from Mckenzie Law Group, I asked him to hold and I contacted my local police department to try to have the number trace so that their scam unit can contact the scam unit of the caller's jurisdiction.  I have several relatives employed by the police department and wanted to have him arrested.  He asked me if I wanted him to shoot me and then hung up.  Please do not give these idiots any info and please do not wire them any money. Get all the information you can from them and notify the FTC, the BBB,  your local police department, and you telephone carrier to began an investigation.  These are criminals and need to be punished for their crimes.  They will also call from 508-447-7251.
