Got this call this morning about 9:20. latest of many in the last 2 weeks. Of coarse i am and have been on the gov do not call list for many years (for what ever good that does) but these scumbags don't care. calling this number back at least has a recorded message to allow you to press 1 to opt out of future calls. If we all do as Paul J did and report this number and any others of the same nature maybe, just maybe the FTC will listen (i would not hold my breath though). https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088.action.  If anyone can find out just who these idiots are there is recourse. Through the TCPA (Telephone communication Privacy Act) we can sue them for a minimum of $500 up to $1500 per call. We just need to identify them first. in the meantime, file an FTC complaint on each and every call. We need to hammer down on these dirt bags and shut them down! incidentally, i got rid of ALL of my i love debt cards (credit cards) years ago. Have any of you ever actually read the fine print? it will make you sick what they can and have gotten away with. All credit card companies are ripping you off!!!! i don't care who they are with their cash back offers or teaser rates. it is your signature that creates the funding in the first place. read "Modern Money Mechanics", or "The National Banking Act" or Google "The Two faces of Debt". Check out www.whatliesinyourdebt.com. Tell them timthewizard sent you. Feel free to contact me for more info at timthewizard@comcast.net. Other numbers with same or similar credit card offers to lower my rate:206-203-6569, 561-210-4361, 508-475-1388. Lets do what we can to take them out for good. have a fantastic day.

Message claims that is is the "second and last chance to reduce credit card interest rates..." I hit "1" to be connected and message claimed that "customer service was busy." So I blocked our number and called back. Got a recording saying to hit "1" to be put on their no-call list, but to allow up to 72 hours.  I have done all this before. The number is a Verizon landline in Worcester, MA (but who knows, right?)   What the devil is the sense of being on the Do Not Call List?  Now we're getting calls every day. I have filed several online complaints with the FCC to no avail it seems. Are they EVER going to do something about these scam artists?  I am at the end of my tether.

These scammers have been operating out of Boca Raton and Orlando, Florida for years.  Do an internet search on "Heather with Account Services" and learn more about these guys that leave false numbers on your caller id so you can't complain about them.  Research Ran David Barnea and David T. Post.

I didn't answer it, let voice mail take it and, of course, no message was left.  PAUL J has the right idea with filing Form 1088 with the FCC.  I have been exclusivly using the DNC registry, but the telemarketers could care less since many use spoofed numbers.

Let's see if this works - Thanks, Paul!

I actually spoke to someone who was really rude to say the least. She would not let me speak at all. She was very ghetto. I think it is a scam to get your information.

Received a call about lowering my interest rates on my credit cards. They asked how much credit I had and I refused to give that information to them. When they said they were transferring me to someone else the phone went dead.

got a call from these unknown scammers regarding 'our credit' - a recorded message, showed the caller ID, but not possible to call them back.   However, filed a consumer complaint, thanks to Paul J here for providing the link.  If you don't file a complaint, how is the crime going to stop (on top they called a 'no call number')?!
I don't know which number they actually asked to call them 'urgently' back at though, because I didn't write it down before erasing.  So this could be important for the investigators- if someone will file a complaint also and can give this information, I'm sure it will be helpful for them.

I wish these idiots would be prosecuted and jailed for these stupid robot calls.  Want me to sign up to lower the interest on my credit cards.  I bet they do....cost more to deal with them than what I already pay.  What good is the DO NOT CALL LIST.  Works about as well as our government does for us.

Got a call from these clowns this morning. Since a reverse look up showed it to be a legit number, I filed a FCC form 1088 on them

A message from 508-465-1331 was left on my voice mail at 12:15pm when I was out.  I just deleted the message.  Still, I don't like receiving this garbage on my voice mail I'm paying for.  Some nonsense about a credit service I don't even have.

Similar to calls from "Card Member Services" a long running card scam.  This one to lower card interest rates.  Normally these calls come in with nonsense numbers that do not trace back to any real number.  By looking at the other posts, it appears that this number is used for other purposes.  Called back and the recording offered to be removed form call list for further promotions by pressing 1.  Did that but I don;t believe it.

I got a call from this number and it was something about lowering credit card interest
rate.  When I told them I had no balance they hung up on me.  I don't usually answer calls
like this.
