Yup me too, Verizon service yesterday. The tech. was great but not appreciating the multiple calls, they could have sent an email. I will be blocking this number.

Also got multiple calls from this number after a Verizon service call at my home. When I answered it was a short automated survey. You press the keypad to answer questions about the service you received. The repairman that came to my house was polite, quick and solved the issue so I took the couple minutes to key in my positive responses.

I had calls exactly 4 hrs apart.. no mssg.. and yes.. I had Verizon repair done today. I must say.. great service from Verizon repair crew.. very happy with them..maybe call is outside contractor.

I had a call from this # on my phone (the line was just repaired) with no voice. A few seconds later they called my wife's line; same thing-no voice, no ID. I had two call from Verizon, one from the linesman and the other from Version Service, checking on my phone-both clearly showing Verizon.

We get so many unwanted and unknown calls that we no longer answer. But we did have a verizon repair request in that didn't get fixed until today; 24 hours after their 'at the latest' deadline! This may be a verification of if the problem is fixed, BUT they COULD be DECENT and ID themselves as "Verizon". If they are using a third party vendor to do this service for them, then that should be indicated as well.
By the way, the problem which was Caller ID not working; and now it is!
