I received the call at work yesterday when I was not avail. they called from 508-556-3727, under the name Marcus White, also later yesterday evening called my daughters cell phone and left message to contact, called today, said it was about  loan never paid, Iv
've never had a loan, called them back saif I supposodely had a loan I did not pay the indian speaking gut told me I had the wrong # very angry.......

I was getting call from this guy name Jason Morrow saying he was attorney and there was warranty issured out on me and if i didnt take care of matter now with him i would be arested on my job and home.I called Better Businesss Bureau on them find out they not who or what they say they were.When i confronted them him and his team they got attitude and unhung on me and was very mean and nasty.

An lady name Gina White called trying to sound professional and threatening to call and if I did not, she hopes I have a good life.   What type of scam business is this?  Even the worst of companies have better phone etiquette that these scam artists!   When I called back to reach her, this Indian guy said she was busy.  When I asked him to shut up and listen to me and don't hang up he did....go figure!!!I   I told him I do not know how you stole my info, but if you think you are going to get anything out of me .....think again.  I then advised him that I know they are attempting to commit fraud and I am prepared to deal with you, so you may as well stop calling if you cannot confirm who you are, and mail me info of the alleged issue, because they were not getting anything out of me so they may as well stop calling.

American Law Division Dispute Resolution Center -- I have received 3 phone calls today, disturbing and somewhat threatening in nature. First, a man named Robert spoke (very head indian/middle eastern) accent and asked me to verify my ssn. He already had the last four digits.  I did not provide it.He asked if I had a lawyer present or had one retained. He said I was being charged today and I would need to speak with a supervisor if I wanted to prevent that. A man named Neil Johnson came on the phone, also with a very heavy accent, claiming that I was being charged with 4 charges relating to an online loan I took out.  I asked the amount and he said $300. I asked the date and he said he could not tell me because the court papers were already being filed. Then, he said it was "sometime in the last 3 years". I asked what is the name of the company he was claiming I owe money to and he said Cash Advance America. When I stated I have never received a loan from this company and I do not have a relationship with this company, he repeated that this was a debt that I owe and they were filing charges.  I requested his phone number so that I could call him back (since he called me on my work phone). When I called on my cell phone, I asked him to provide more information about this alledged debt. He said he could not. I said if you're asking me to pay you, how much are you asking me for. He did not understand me. So, again, I asked, what is the purpose of your call? Are you trying to get me to send you money if you can't tell me more about the debt in the first place?  Then, he hung up on me. So, I called back and this time he did not answer. The woman who answered said he was busy. I asked the woman to have him call me back, but on my cell phone -- and to please not call me at my work phone. I asked the woman what their address was, and she wanted to know why I needed it.  I said, "If you are going to file charges against me, my lawyer is going to need your information to send you papers back. " She hung up on me.  Minutes later, they called my office again. I demanded to speak to Neil Johnson immediately. They hung up on me. So, I called them back.  The man who answered said "Why do you keep calling us?"  I said, "Because you keep calling me."  He said he'd put my name on their DO NOT CALL list..... can you do that if this truly was a legit debt? (I know the answer to this, I just think it's ironic that now they're offering to not call). I told him that I had entered an online complaint with the FTC and I volunteered to give him the complaint number. They hung up on me again.  

Don't know what else to do -- but I am completely worked up that they know my work #, cell#, last four digits of SSN.

Please be careful. I have no idea who they are, or how they got my information, or why they're so threatening -- but I think they are scammers.  K

I just got the same call from Richard Clark saying I need to call him because my social security investigation and I need returned his phone call at 508 556-3727! I'am so glad I look up the number to see if this was a fraud. Ugh....

I have been receiving the same messages from this Foreign guy stating that I am under investigation. I have turned him in several times to no avail. I hope somebody somewhere will find him and snatch his aZZ up! Number called from is 508-556-3727

I received several calls today, and in the past couple of months, from this company, the caller said his name was Tom White (Heavy Indian accent), with Department of Law and Investigation, saying I am under investigation.  That I needed to call him back at 508-556-3727, so I decided to google his phone number, and got these post.  I called the number, some guy answered and I told him that I am contacting the FBI, FTC, and my local police, and not to call this number again.  I waited for alittle while and tried calling that number again and it rang twice and went dead and nobody answered.  I have contacted the FBI, hope this will stop.

Received a call from this same idiot! I have continued getting these random phone numbers with different names and company names for several months now. I am so sick of these and to my understanding there isn't anything the law can do as these idiots are using prepaid cell phones. I will continue to call them back as I have and threaten them for calling on my job as that is against US Laws and will get the normal hang up and go a few weeks with no calls. Grrrrrrrrr

i am gettn calls again from i knw who the same indian person he calls my home my work my cell everytime he calls he use's a different name i have filed with the FTC..he leaves alone for few weeks cuz i dont return any of his calls..but than he starts in again..i would like to knw how he got ahold of my info..

Received the same call from a very Indian Tom Williams. However, I know fraud when I hear it! This ignorant man claimed that I had a pending court case against my social security number. I then asked if he could send me this information in writing. His response was that I needed to go to my local court to pick it up. Hahaha, I asked which court, amd ythen he put me on hold to find out from his supervisor. Forty five seconds later he returned without the information and asked if I wanted to settle the $10,000 out of court. I told him no, and that he can handle this matter with my lawyer. He claimed that he didn't want my lawers information. So I told him that the call is fraud and hung up. If you receive any call from anyone pertaining to a court case or legal situation, always offer a lawyers contact info. If it's legitimate, they will happily accept it. If they turn it down, tell them they are committing fraud, and hang up. If you do not have a lawyer, ask for their contact information, and let them know you will contact them as soon as possible with your lawyers information. NEVER EVER CONDUCT BUSINESS OVER THEPHONE WITHOUT WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION, USUALLY IT IS FRAUD!

Call from Indian guy whose English is so broken up I cant understand him. He keeps calling my work place everyday and they are getting mad , he just left message on my cell and he read from a script that was badly written
