Said they where montoring for quality assurance and asked me to hold for someone who no longer has the phone number ( Mine) they called.

This company calls and makes you hold for someone and then hangs up. When I called back it asked me to hold, then hung up. F-I-S-H-Y, F-I-S-H-Y!!!!! I have no debt at this time...lol. So, I would doubt a collection agency!!!

It is true. Probably debt collector for past due medical bills.

Caller I.D. says "Assonet MA". They said they were "calling about some important information of a personal matter". I called the number back and the automated attendant said they were I.C. System which when you Google the company name it reveals they are a debt collection agency.
