You can't threaten them with a class action suit.  They are outside the country (India) and they have no assets to seize or freeze ( that have so far been detected). Threatening them with agencies that only have power within the US don't faze them. However you CAN threaten them with action by Interpol ( which does have international reach.)The US and India are both members.  This seems to scare them.  Also if you can't put pressure on them directly, put pressure on the two shell companies ( switchboard operations) both out of MA. One is known as Haer, the other is foxtrot 612 ( or 216). Put pressure on these domestic businesses for aiding and abetting and they'll squeal.  It's already been done a couple times.  The head of this syndicates California connection was busted a year ago ( Kiril Patel) and he's now in prison.  Their Florida operation was busted before that and no longer exists.  So far their NJ operation seems unaffected, but this group is frantically moving their US shell companies to MA or Texas.  Things are getting much more difficult for them.

We really need to do something about this jerks, I have received 3 calls today wanting to get money from me, that the police was going to arrest  me for having a bill for 300.00.  This people are a bunch of idiots.

These people are calling a business number and requesting the name of an individual who does not work here nor ever has.    Their call will NEVER be answered and they need to stop calling. They are difficult to understand and are leaving very aggressive voicemails.

continued calls every morning for a jacqueline white who is in some sort of legal trouble involving a social security number. call is from a "legal department". when calling back, the caller is hostile and refuses to give any information. Basically inform them that there is no jacqueline white at this number and hasn't been for the past 7+ years. "Caller then accuses me of stealing the number from its "proper owner" and why else would i be getting calls for jacqueline white if it isn't her number"

just got my first and hopefully last call from this number claimed i was goin to be picked up tomorrow morning and brought beore the court. Said i am being sewed for 8000.00 and if i wanted to settle out of court and not arrested in the morn to pay that amount  i kept hm on phone while looking up about the number wife tried to talk to him while i looked it up and he said if i not talking to him he gonna cancel and hung up. trid to call back but the ue an automatic bot that blocks incoming calls. so we called with her cell and this time a lady picked up my wife asked her name my wife used a diffrent name maggie and then asked the ladys again and the lady said her name was naggie

I have received two VMs this week on my cell.  The male caller details the importance of my return call, due to me having a judgement of some form against me.  It did alarm me a bit, until I researched the number and found this site.  I'm going to call the turd back and give him some intensity.  I'm going to also figure out how to alert the authorities on the matter.

I keep getting a call from the attorney general saying I will be arrested at 10:30 today. It's gotten so bad I have to change numbers. How do I get them to stop calling my work phone?

The lady Michelle Williams said that there is a warrant out for me under my name and social. she said in two hours a sheriff would be at my house to arrest me.

I just got a call from this number on my cellphone.  As I didn't recognize it, I let it go to voicemail. When I listened to it, it sounded like a carnival going on in the background and the woman's voice was completely unintelligible although she said her name was Michelle Williams.  After listening to it 5 times she did call me by name (although horribly mispronounced my last name!) and I managed to hear that my name and social security number were being investigated for fraud.  They called themselves the New York Investigation Department.  PULEEEEZZ!!  How stupid do they think I am??? They insist I not ignore the message and should have my attorney call them.  Hey, maybe I'll do just that!  Someone please tell me how to report this number to the FBI or other law enforcement agency.

These people keep calling my number and harassing me and that am being investigated for fraud from a company that I never borrowed or received money from. These people are SCAM ARTIST, BE AWARE OF THIS NUMBER.

I keep getting calls from this number at my place of employment saying his name is Martin Jacob and has legal action against me. I wish this "idiot" would stop calling me!. I could barely understand him and does not speak fluent english. His back ground is very loud.

I received the call on my cell phone.  I answered and could not understand the caller so I hung up. They immediately called back and I let voicemail get it. They left a long message but I could barely understand any of it. Is there any way to block these types of calls on cell phones?

this is the second time i have had to deal with this peticular SCAM GROUP 2 diffrent numbers but the same people i assure you it is not a U.S based company they are useing an international exchange in Mass. this time last time it was in New York.  The first time they claimed to be the Police "lol" this time they claim to be a Law firm (said Law firm does not exsist btw) they claimed there was a "finantial law suit" against my name and my social security number???? are you kidding me mabe they should brush up on american law and terminolgy before they try these things.... I know its the same people because they used the exact same wording last time saying there was a warent against my name and social security number.... botom line is its a scam do NOT give them ANY information and report it to the FBI

They called 3 times back to back.  I the first time I let it go to voice mail because it was dinner time and I was eating and they didn't leave a message.  The second time I did answer and they ask for some one that was not at my number, I could barely understand them and told them that person does live here.  The guy started to laugh and I hung up.  They called back and ask for the same person and again I told them that person doesn't have that number.  The guy informed my that I was wrong and that according to there info that person did.  Again it was muddled and the person could barely speak english.  I hung up on him.
