I got a message from the same number. And I spoke with a Agent Gresham, our story was my sister took out a loan at some National Payday in July 2008 and I was the co-signer.  My sister has not live in Sav'h, GA in almost 10 yrs and if I didn't press charges on my sister there would be a subpoena will be sent to my house. So, I ask what's my address.  This is a spam!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION

ATVRACER,  what was the out come of that call. Did your Mom pay the fee? I am asking because my mom got a similar call from these people this evening. It was regarding a loan I supposedly took out in 2007 with Quickest Cash Advance and supposedly I had her as a co-signer too. She unfortunately made arrangements with them to pay the fee but told them the money will not be in her account until tomorrow so they could not take it out until then. I have never taken out a loan with the company they said this was for and I certainly have never had my mom co-sign on anything or even did it my self using her name. What's more, as with you, I have no idea what her SS # is. As she was telling me about the phone conversation there was a lot about it that I thought sounded a little off. She gave me the phone # and the name of the person she spoke to and when I called them back to try and find out what this is about I only got this person's voice mail, which sounded very official but at the same time the voice mail never gave a name for the person, she just reffered to her self as Agent #.... and there was no mention of the company/organization/law firm she is with.

my mom got a call saying there was an ivestigation for ace cash express as far as i defalted on a loan  and that she was the cosigner they had her ssn       i have never even seen my moms ssn befor so how could i put her down as a cosigner     said this loann was  in 2007    any advise would help thanks
