Believe it to either a collection company or politically affiliated. Did not leave message. I never answer my phone to some number I don't recognize . . . . Period!!! Also started using Telebouncer and seem to work fine in keeping these guys from bothering me. Check Ebay for such. . . .

Called me at 10am this morning; left no message.  Not sure if this is a telemarketer or if someone from a political party since elections are going on right now.  I'm on a DNC list so it's a bit annoying.
