Scam - indian accent threatening jail, criminal charges etc...

Same threatening calls to my workplace...explained to called that I have filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy and act as if he doesnt understand what i'm saying....

I ask for documents and he said I had to pay the money first but will only accept credit card no checks or money orders.

threats for jail time. very harrasing

Received a call from Russell - Indian Accent

Was told not to ignore his call, and if I did not return his call, he could only wish me good luck on the things that are going to happen to me.

Does anyone know who this person is?  They called a family member to get to me!  Where are they getting this information?
