I applied for a loan with another company. This place began calling me and I dont them I didn't need a loan from them. Now out the blue they said I owe them. I told them I never received funds from them. I have my bank statements to prove it. I asked what company were they affilated with and they could not answer. I also called the company I did get my loan from and they told me my first payment with them isn't until the beginning of this week. Plus, they said they weren't affiliated with this phone number.

GOT A CALL FROM 510-405-1090 ON MY CELL PHONE AND THEN THEY CALLED ME AT WORK SAID I WAS IN CRIMINAL TROUBLE WITH CASH ADAVANCE  THE CALLER SAID HIS NAME IS DANIEL SCOTT AND HE IS WITH PETERSON LAWFIRM TOLD ME THE COPS WOULD BE CALLING IN A HALF HOUR

I received a called a day ago from this number and they told me the same thing that Cash Advance deposit $500.00 to my checking account and that i am refusing to pay back, they told me that i needed to pay 3 times the amount because of late fee charges or i would go to prison for a year. They told me that they will sent my documents to a Sheriffs department and i will be arrested.
I called my bank and checked my statements and nothing, that money was never deposit. I called the police department and the officer told me that they are just black mailing me. He said the only way i could arrest you is of identity theft, he told me to not answer or if i do to ask for a document that shows the deposit and my signature..

I received a call from a David Scott stating I took out a payday loan and that i would be arrested ssn frozen, my lic would be revoked and i would be summond to go to court at my job and the sherriff would be at my home to arresst me. I have filed a complaint with the ABA, FCC, and have called my local police dept. This needs to stop.

Got a call from man saying he is a lawyer and that a company name Cashadvance loaned me some money and that when they attempted to withdraw the money from my account it wasn't there and they were gonna sue me and that I was going to get a summons at my job. This man had the last four numbers of my social, my bank acct and new my address and who I worked for. I continued to ask for more information and then he started threatening to have the police come and lock me up. This call really ticked me off.

Just received a call for a payday loan I was told I received. I told yes I applied for a loan, but declined all offers. They tried to scare me by saying I will see you in court and a judge will decide. I told them "I look forward to it". They give no company name and kept switching me from person to person, thinking I would change my answer or get scared. So irritating.

I received a call from a David Scott claiming to be an Attorney from Peterson Law firm, and he even called someone and they called my phone which 911 Emergency showed up on my caller Id, she claiming to be a Sgt at California Police department.Telling me that David Scott called her with a complaint for fraud  with Cash Advance( payday loan) That I would be arrested and prisoned for 1 yr.

I have been getting calls from this number on my cell phone. The caller is asking for a family member who does not live with me, won't say how they got the number, they claim this person owes them money for a legal reason and wants them to call with "financial information".
