I have also receive call from this number but after talk with them i understand there is a leagle case on my name and they help me out..

I have been getting calls from this number and I do not know why. What can I do to stop it? If I ignore him will he give up?

Yes my account was compromised and I had to close account and open a new one (at same bank) and I have started receiving these phone calls.  I just ignore them, i usually do not answer unless I know the number or it is in my directory, he calls my cell phone, he has left a couple of messages, can't understand him very well.  He says if I do not return call I will be in big trouble "over what" I do not call back.

Got the same call, some richard morgan, quick question for you all, have any of you applied for a loan online at all O_o they seem to be targeting people who had to close their account and reopen new ones. They also seem to be coming from a landline out for "San Francisco, CA"

i have been receiving numberous calls from this number from a guy with an indian accent name richard morgan threatening to prosecute me for whatever reasons if i dont return the phone call. now he is calling my bf to try to get in contact with me. i havent received anything in writing regarding this matter and will press charges for harrassment if need be

I have been getting this number. Someone with an Indian accent. I like to help to get them to stop harrassing people. I'm sure they are calling many.

I am still getting phone calls from Rosy (the attorney) and a Richard Morgan.  They say they sent emails, but nothing, I told them to send letter certified.  Since I work for the Fed. Govt. I told them I would turn this over to the FBI for further processing.
