This number calls daily, sometimes twice a day. It's maddening. When I pick up nobody is there and if I let it roll to voicemail no message is ever left.

A Robo call that said they couldn't talk now and hung up. I gather it's TBS; a fund raising company for the Oakland Police Officers Association. About 20% may go to the cause. Better to give direct!

Yeah, they're still doing this whoever these people are. Last time they called we heard clear background noise and almost think we heard some heavy breathing right before the message came on. This number traces back to the San Leandro part of Oakland.

Got a call at 2:18 knew my wifes name and as soon as i asked to take a message they hung up...
Male voice sounded like he was in his 40.

Called at 8:49 PM. Asked for a certain person and had that person's first and last name. When asked who it was, hung up immediately.

I received a call from this # requesting to speak to my wife and they asked for her by name I asked them who they where and he said Oakland police activities league I told him we never give to anybody calling by then he hung up

This is a company asking for donations for the Alameda police dept. When he caled me
he identified hi mself as the Alamada county police dept. we got cut of when I caaled back answering
machine said alameda ticket dept. and to leave a message. I identified myself and asked them to call me back or I would give their number to my attorney. He rushed to pick up the phone I told
him to put me on his do not call list. If you do owe money donT be intimidated. No one can put you iiin jail for owing money. the way to stop these calls (from people you do not know) be the first one
to be agressive. They just want to keep you on the phone to manipulate.No means no. Not lets talk
about it for 10 minutes more
