calling many times everyday

This number frequently calls without caller id. I do not answer calls without caller id. They leave messages but no company name. It is identified as a  known telemarketing company.

IT calls a number of times per day. asking some lower uitlitiy bills... indeed, it is a criminal action.
to get our answers to use our cridit cards.. please some one needs to take action to stop criminal.

Telemarketer who has nothing to offer you.

If people are stupid enough to buy products over the phone from a sales hack on a cold call, then one would think these spammers would leave a message about how great they are.  

If you're the spammer calling us then you suck.  get a life!

got the same msg today after already reporting this number to the donotcall.gov violators website.  The do not call law is broken!

I got the same call today... Considering this thread started a year ago I don't think anybody is too anxious to put them in jail.

If you want to complain to Google Voice, the Google executive who created Google Voice is Wesley Chan, 650 623 4581. Please ask him to disconnect this number.

Claims to be "Energy Savings Group" a "non-profit" operating out of the "Oakland California" area.
Representative said they are immune to Do Not Call regulations because they "use a list of utility customer phone numbers".  After I pressed a bit they hung up on me.

It appears you can actually call this number back and leave a message.  Caller ID is "HRCUL-RODE CA"

Call on my cell phone went to voice mail, but no message.

I'm getting those "Want to reduce your energy bills" calls. This is a Google Voice number, used for outbound telemarketing in violation of the "Do Not Call Law".

If anyone can actually identify the company, a complaint can be raised at http://www.donotcall.gov

I spoke with her and then followed up.  It's a scam.  Pretending to be a non-profit offering you 'help' to reduce PG&E Bills but, on further discussion, she just wants to introduce you to companies to retrofit, add windows, etc.  I said we'd just had new windows added, how could I access the PG&E rebates she was talking about.  Suddenly no interest.  "Go check the PG&E website".  

Turns out there's a company in San Francisco that has been sued numerous times for exactly this scam.  I assume it's them.

Got dame calls, never a msg. Probably Google/computer-based calls from PG&E or something like it. Originates from Hercules-Rodeo about an hour and half southwest from state capital Sacramento,CA.

They called June 3 about 1:30 p.m.  A recorded female voice began something like, "Do you want to reduce your utility bills?"  I hung up.  I wish now that I'd listened to the end to see if the recording would identify the company so I could make a report to donotcall.gov

I returned the call and the outgoing msg said it was a "Google" computer phone #.
