IF THIS IS GOOSEBERRY (AS REFERRED TO IN FIRST COMMENT) THEY WERE OUT OF NORTHERN IL.  NOW IT LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR NAME OR SOLD ALL THEIR INFO TO IHORSE. BOTH ARE MOST LIKELY THE SAME AND ALL THERE REPS SOUND LIKE THEY LIKE THEY ARE FORM THE MIDDLE EAST

"Give" is a rather broad term.

i also received a call from the number (510) 768-8586 and was told that there is something wrong with my network drive on my computer and the person did have an middle eastern accent. i was told to call (510) 817-0458. HAS ANYONE AT ALL HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT DESTROYING THESE PEOPLE?

I just received a call from 510-768-8586. The guy had an
Oriental voice and wanted to help me with my
Computer that had a virus. He told me that it was infected
and that he would help me fix it for free since he got a software
that detects computer viruses. I asked him how he got my information
and he swore from my computer. Well the truth is I don't even own
a computer. So I am sure that this person is commiting fraud to break
through people computer to hack information. Beware of people claiming
they can help u fix anything. It's a scam!!!!

I got a phone call from this person who was asking for Elizabeth (which I am).  I knew right away it was a scam artist so I told them Elizabeth was my mother and that she had died the day before.   She said they wouldn't call me back.  Wish me luck!

Got a similar call from this #, person with an Indian accent claimed to be calling because my computer was at risk with the current version of Windows.  Knew my name. I didn't verify any info, but hate that they keep calling.

Just got a call on my cellphone from an oriental sounding person telling me I have a problem on my computer. I have 3 computers and when I asked her which one she was calling about she got all confused and told me to have a nice day!  Obviously a scam of some sort!!

1 Do you employ a lady named Stacy White in CA in the USA?
2 Is 510 768-8586 a phone number for your company?
3 Is 800 501-0334 a phone number for your company?
4 Is 650 204-4405 a phone number for your company?
5 How did your company get my home telephone number?
I was told by Stacy White (calling from CA in the USA) that your company gooseberrytech.com was notified that my husbands computer had troubles.  I asked how she knew that it had troubles.  She said that when I received a message on my computer stating that my computer has an error and I click SEND or DONT SEND that your company is notified.  She assured me that gooseberrytech.com is a third party compnay and in no way affiliated with WIndows.  So my last few questions are
6 What company is sending your company (gooseberrytech.com) information about my computer and or my IP address?
7 Is this your marketing strategy for getting people to use your backup services?
If it is then I suggest that you change your strategy as it appears to be a scam and an atempt to gain access to someones computer (even though she assured me that she did not want access to my computer, that she only wanted me to check it, she was more that eager to "walk me through the steps")
8 Why wouldn't Stacy White (who called me from 510 768-8586 and who gave me the call back number of 1 800 501-0334) give me your name when I asked for the name of the President of the company?
Either
your compnay is committing fraud or
your company has a marketing strategy that stinks or
someone is committing fraud against your company.
Either way, you need to have it researched and resolved.

I got a call from this guy too. Three times today actually. I didn't answer, but he left a message saying I needed to call him back regarding my computer. The second message was just him breathing. Creepy, and a definite scam.

this is a SCAM ARTIST. DO NOT KNOW HOW HE GOT MY CELL PHONE NUMBER OR HOME NUMBER IF I CATCH HIM IN PERSON HE IS GETTING THE BEATING OF HIS LIFE

I got phone call from 510-768-8586 the guy asking if I have problem with my computer, he will help me.  I do not have any service like that, so I was asking where is he calling from, he said something like Gooseberry, but did not really understand doe to his thick accent.  
Two days ago my laptop crushed, which is now repairing-getting clean of viruses in the store.

Those people are running computer viruses /scams!!  Do not give them any info!
