Went to voicemail on anunpublished number, call transcribed only in garbled format. Odd, due to local area code, yet unidentifiable. Apparently asked for callback - entirely unsolicited. good to see it listed already, confirms my suspicion.

Calls every day - no message - called back asked to wait for next available agent. Muted the phone and waited for the agent to answer - gave first name (Bruce) and mumbled name of company ARM and asked how can they help me. Called back and now same voice but now answered as Michael Sistrunk.
