Excuse me say that word again!! We r not in the civil rights movement!!! Racist!!

I've gotten many calls from this number.  I don't answer my land line,  I have my ringer turned off so I don't hear them call.  Never leaves a message.  I don't give out my cell number to anyone but friends and family.  Everything else goes to the land line and I don't hear it ring. Works great.  Sometimes I look the number up if there's many calls from it.

They keep calling (for months) till they get an answer. As stated, you can't call this number back.
I finally spoke to someone from India?, who I could barely understand. He said he was from a survey company, and that I had won a $5000 "shopping cart" at Walmart, that this $5000 could be used for any merchandise. All I had to do was verify my name and address which he had already, and to pay a one time joining fee or an initiation fee. That's when I said, "Yeah right!", and hung up. It's obviously a scam to get our credit card numbers.

They are scamming people telling them they won gift cards and need their credit card information to activate the card. Sounds like the person is from India.

Same for me.. Never leave message. And even when I answer - no one talks. Does anyone know who we can complain to about this?

Have been getting calls from this number for about a month, 2 or 3 times a day. Anytime I call back its busy! When I pick up, no one is there and the call disconnects. So f-ing irritating, anyone know how to block it?

Started about 2 months ago. About one call a day at least from 510-996-9583. Rings a few times and if answered no one is there. If I call back I always get a busy signal.

I keep receiving calls from this number, and they don't leave any messages.  Their number will be added to the list "Don't Answer" and call will go to voicemail.

Freakin spammers. Why are they allowed to do this?

Two calls this a.m., answered first one, no one there.  Second call rang about 4 times, then went away.

I got a call from this number and the person asked for me by first and last name. When i asked whos speaking they hung up. I dial the number back and got a busy signal. I searched for an address on the phone number and it points to no bldg at all even though the phone look up said it was a land line. What gives?

I keep receiving calls from this number and when I return the call I am told it is an invalid number.

Received call on my cell phone, didn't answer but clicked to redial after I googled number and got Verizon Wireless (my cell company) message that the number I'm calling is invalid, to check the number and try again. . . I'm thinking "if it's invalid, how did you let someone I don't know call me from it then?" unless someone/call spammer is spoofing caller ID so it shows as other number.

I got one from this number today. I didn't answer and they left no message, of course
