It's an international telecom company that allows Peruvians to call out-of-country for cheaper prices than what they would pay local service providers...I can't remember the name of the company though.

I just got this phone call and I realized is a pay phone so someone in Peru wants to talk to me :)

Again, I say this is a pay phone / caller card from Peru. People will [sadly] sometimes manipulate it. I know people from peru that calls me from this "public pay phone" in Lima.

that could be someone manipulating the caller id. The second call could be the case. the first one is probably from Lima, Peru since it starts with 511

Got a phone call from the same number: 511-398-7300 is a public pay phone in Lima, Peru from Telefonica Company. Anybody is able to call an international number for a low fee (about a dollar). Also, it is known that some people are doing scams using this public pay phones. If you happen to have family/relatives/friend in Peru, possibly they will use this phone to call.

Got a call from this number. Today 11/22/11. The person on the other line just kept quiet while I kept saying hello. They then hung up.

I doubt any one from Peru will call you to tell you that you have ac ourt date in Florida...but that number is from Pewu

This is a call from a dusty, cat eating, alcohol drinking lunatic from Lima who there is no logical reasoning with because they always know what is best, even what is best for you..yeah thanks.

I received 5 calls from this person and never answered. I'm calling my phone company and having the the number blocked.

According to chacha.com, area code 511 is the entire 9 county Bay Area. It includes Alameda, Napa, Santa Clara, Contra, Costa and San Francisco.

My wife received  many calls from this number and the caller identified himself as Bruno Jaguande Pierobond de Lima Peru. It seems that this creep likes to make phones calls to women and harrass them.

This is  the number showing up on your phone ID everytime someone calls using a phone card from Peru.

But the call I got came from someone I met on a dating website who is trying to cheat me out of money.  I have never seen anyone so slick!  She asks me to phone back on a different number, so I have a feeling the 398-7300 is just a calling card #

i received this call today (fathers day 09). I know it's from Peru since it has the 511 code.. anyways someone left me a creepy message "hiiiii im kiddding with youuuuu" spoken very slowly and with static sound in the background...
either way, never answer calls from numbers that you dont know. If it is important, they will leave a message. period.

The 'area code' is the international and local code for Lima, Peru; 398-7300 is apparently the generic number for a public phone. Somebody must have dialed the wrong number.

I receive a call from this # from someone that is runing away.  a fugitive running away from the police he suposto show up for court his Name is Miguel Angel Rodriguez trujillo he is from lima peru  but when I talk to him he said he was in mexico but trace the call and figuire out the number can someone tell me exacly the adress where this number is located and the name of the place
