I received a call from this number on Friday, June 15, 2012 and they called like five times back to back.  And the proceeded to leave me a threating message on my voicemail.  First he did not say his name and he barely mention the companies name.  He sound like he's from India, Bombay doubt.  And then this stupid idiot sounds like he is either reading what he has to say or maybe someone is standing right there telling him what to say because he kept pausing tryin to tell me where he is from.  I'm so sick AND tired of these people calling my phone.  One more call and One more threat Imma turn thier a***s over to fraudulent department.  This is the same people who got into trouble wants before.

I got a call from this same number too!  This guy named Charles Brown call me this morning and said it was extremely time sensitive.  He said he was calling from Baker Botts in Texas.  I called the REAL Baker Botts, and they confirmed that it was a scam.  Plus the number of the actual Baker Botts differs from the man who called.  The REAL Baker Botts said not to give them any information.  These people are calling from out of the US.  Also, I noticed if you ask them where in Texas they are calling from, they just say Texas!  Its such a scam!

They are a scam don't tell them anything and block the number.  They have been calling my mother too.  I called Baker Botts LLP from Texas the law firm they supposedly represent and Baker Botts said it's a scam they are turning over all info on the calls to the local PD.  Maybe if we flood the companies they are supposedly calling from someone will get annoyed with us calling them and do something.

Till then block the number and don't give out any personal info to ANYONE calling you.  BTW they will curse you can call you filthy names if you don't give them any info.

This is a scam.  Callers from this number pretend to be lawyers from various law firms around the country and threaten legal action on non-existent debts.  Do not give them any money or information.

I just recieved a call from this number, They said that I had a law suit aginst me, When I told them they didnt sound like any attorneys to me and I wasnt giving them my information and hung up on them they called m,e back within 5 min about 4 times, said they were sending me paprer work and I was going to be going to jail, I am sorry but if they were real attorneys they would speak way better english and they would not be calling froma call center.. That you can clearly here other people calling on other scams. If it was a attorney they sure as hell would not be talking to you about your care around any one else...

My dad received the phone call too. First day my parents said it was a lady then next day it was a guy and another guy when i picked up the phone.

The guy was persistent that my parents took a cash out at some advance america or some store.

He kept telling we are suing you (your parents) for money. When asked when the money was taken out he said two months ago and i said two months, in two months you decided to sue without collectors or any kind of letter first? He was keep giving me that we are Carlson Law Firm from Texas and what not and it will be over $4000 if you don't settle it now over the phone and blah blah...

when i kept asking for more and more information the guy finally stopped calling... after three conversations with me...

i tried researching to report these as harassment calls but sadly i knew it was fake debt collectors, but i didn't have a proof, when guy kind of gave fake promise to mail me all the details papers to home address, i just have to wait to get some paper to file report... which never came in the mail...

why can't some consumer advocate group take up this land line owner for harassing so many senior citizens.

Yes, I got the same call.  Ignore it, or answer it and f*** with them.  And NEVER give out your personal info.  They are scammers.  They can't even provide a company name.  Here are other complaints on this phone number.

my dad got a call from this number and they said they had all his info like ss number and that he owed 4000 between some banks but they will take 400$ so my dad paid 100.00 on a credit card and now i searched it and cant find anything! he was scammed!
