i dont unerstand how they get away with it either

I got message on my work phone who speaks strong accent of English. I returned the call to ask him who he is! He mentioned some kind of legal department and ask my phone# and name to check who called me...... I hanged up!! what should we do? Report to police?

These people called me at work and told the secretary that they were a Sergeant!  I am a teacher and when I picked up I told them to send it to my address and that my husband was a lawyer and he would take it from there!  I will let you know if they call again.

I had recieved a call from a 5126510483 number it was an indian man who said his name was officer steven king kinda funny to me stephen king!!! he threatin to put me in jail as well claiming i had some outstanting balance somewhere he had to transfer me to another person to tell me exactly what i was beign chagred with blah blah so i stayed on the line and waited and waited so i hung up he called me back screaming at me because i had hung up and i told him that i will have my dad call him back he was a state trooper and he immetely got angery and hung up the phone!!!! this is like the 3 time i have had the same scam played on me!!! ITS A SCAMMMMMM!!!!!!

the FEDERAL CRIME DEPT. for MONEY CASH ADVANCE says i took payday loan for 300.00 and now i will be sued!! TOTAL SCAM!! PASSING THEMSELVES OFF AS OFFICERS AND CHIEF!!

I keep getting threathing phone calls from the same people telling me i owe them $1893.00 and if     i did not pay them i was going to be arrested at my job. They hararrased everyone that answer the phone at my job. They also told me to go to Wal-mart or Walgreens and get a gree dot money card and call them with the pin num and Give it to some lady name Paula Robinson ext. 217.  They are fixin to get was coming too Robert Marshall, Jack Austin and the One who Can't Speak English Daniel Something It's on Now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dont give this people no Money they no good there are indians all they want is your money. Ignore them if you can..

i been getting calls from this number for an officer brown with a heavy accent stating he works at FCD federal crime department that i owe money and that if i dont pay i going to be arrested tomorrow along with a friend of mine and a relative. THIS IS A BIG SCAM

Because I did not give them any information or any money, I received another call from a Sargent David Black, Badge Number 89, from the Sheriff County Department telling me that I was to get a hold of Officer Robert Marshall from the federal crime department and get this matter resolved within the next 30 minutes.  They would like me to go to Walmart and purchase a Green Dot card to make the payment online...

I just recieved a two min message on my personal cell phone and they also called my place of work, you could barely understand the message or him. He threatening to arrest me and put me in jail for 9 months. I returned the call and spoke with an Officer Marshall he stated that he received an affidavit that if I did not pay $650.00 that he was going to throw me in jail.

Got a call from this number today...same thing....SCAM I dont understand how they get away with this.

the person from this number called my hubby's job and said that he was a cop. had a very accent. and when my hubby called he gave him some bogus badge number and would not say what state or where he is from. calling the local police to turn him in.

I too received a call from these people! I have decided to give them a dose of their own medicine!  I call these losers on a regular basis from a blocked number and ask to speak with John Wayne, Al Bundy, Ben Cartwright, John Holmes whoever I can come up with!  I give them my case number as BR549 eieio!  I have learned if you don't get angry with them and talk over them or put down India, ask them if they will rub your feet they get irritated.  Many of them know the sound of my voice and will ocassionally ask me if I am Old McDonald!  If they are dumb enough to stay on the line for our entertainment, at least they have one line tied up to keep from harrassing someone else!!!!

I revived a call from them tonight and they informed me  i was going to be arrested tommor ...I did tell them I was in contact with the FBI and they told me to go to there sight and fill the forms out to report scams like this so i am passing this info on to you PLEASE WE MUST WORK TOGETHER AND STOP THESE PEOPLE

I got a message from this guy supposedly named Officer Marshall and he stated that he received an affidavit that if I did not pay $1728.00 that he was going to throw me in jail.  I didn't know what to think so I sent him the money, but it turns out that it seems to be a fraud, since someone else has had this issue.  The government needs to crack down on people like this who take our hard earned money and threaten to put us in jail.
