they are calling my phone back to back. saying that I owe for a payday loan that I never got

these people just don't give up. It's a scam. They got public info from something online. Police in my area said just ignore. feel sorry for people who give there debit or credit card info to these loosers.

Couple of things you can consider:


1) Go on-line and file a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regarding the harassing phone calls from whatever number the individual is calling.

2) Contact the communications provider and ask them to block your number from their subscriber.  I believe the 512-729-0222 is a number assigned to Pac-West Communications.  Contact them and ask to have your number blocked.  They purchased Tex-Link Communications in 2008 who previously showed to have the number.  Hope this helps........this is a big scam and usually relates to people who have applied for some type of payday loan, whether they actually submitted their application or not...somehow their information was obtained.
