This group of people are casing neighborhoods and looking for homes to rob. Report these "door tags" to your local law enforcement agencies, and be sure to alert your neighbors. Do not call the phone numbers listed on this tag. Do not give these people the "confirmation number". Do not give these people any personal information. They are looking for homes to rob. I happened to be at home while one of these tags was being placed on my door. The person leaving the tag tried opening my door which was locked. I heard them trying to open the door, and when I went to look outside I could see them RUNNING back to their car. This is a scam. If you received a doortag, your home is being cased by criminals. BEWARE.

Report these crooks to your local authorities. You don't want scum like this in your neighborhood. They never obtain the necessary permits most municipalities require for door-to-door sales, they are casing you neighborhood and NOT GOOD CAN COME OF IT.
The police will usually find them and make them move on to another jurisdiction.
