They call several times a day and night  from several different numbers. It is absolutely ridiculous. It is a collection agency used for Capital One credit cards. Makes me hate Capital One and once I pay off my card i will never use them again. "What's In Your Wallet???"

They call me, but when I answer I get no one there.  I can't wait til my Cap. One is settled!

I agree - once I pay off my Capital One Card in full, I will be cancelling the card.

Also, I know that they've outsourced their customer service department to India.  Of the times I have called htem, someone always answers with a thick Middle Eastern accent.

Yup, same situation here. They call about five times a day, sometimes at ridiculous times and then when I answer no one is there.  Extremely frustrating! Capital One will no longer be one of my credit card providers.

calls start at 8:00am everyday - including sundays - and yesterday on my caller ID 14 times.
And my account is PAID OFF AND CLOSED.

seriously, i get calls starting at about 8:15 every morning lasting until as late as 9:30 every day. including sunday.

i usually get at least 20 calls a day.

i swear they call me from 8402394 different area codes a day now.. theyre f***ing retarded and its annoying as hell.. it's not like we're stupid and we dont know we have to pay it off, evetually we are.. theyre really annoying.. and don't hold up a good company at ALL. im tired of the constant phone calls, and a phone call is not going to make me go so upset that im going to have to pay them right away if thats what they think calling constantly is going to help them.

I get a call from this number a couple times a day.  Since I don't answer the call they just hang up, no one leaves a message.  When I called back I found out it was Capital One and I guess someone has been using my number.
