It's the number for Cincinnati Bell's wireless voicemail system.  That's the number your phone calls to get your voicemail messages.  To the best of my knowledge, they don't call you with that number.

I get calls from 513-240-0190 4 to 5 times a week. They do not leave a message. What they do like to do is when they leave a voice mail they say nothing and let it play until the 2 or 3 miniutes run out so that you have to listen to silence for that long to get to the end of the message to delete it. They think they are so clever. I just leave the voice messages in there until it fills up. I have their number blocked. Still it is annoying. They shoud be sued for harassment.

No one should ever sign up with this carrier as you will more than pay in the end. I know several people that will not renew with them. If you try to break contract with them because their service stinks, they blame the equipment and tell you that you are breaking the contract and have to pay. The problem is they are breaking the contract by not providing decent service. It is not the equipment when it takes 3 days to receive text messages and calls are frequently dropped. This is embarassing in the middle of business conversations with potential clients and am sure this has cost a few.  They are a very unrealiable and shady company.

Hi: the number 513-240-0190 is the landline for voicemail retrieval.  Several cell phone companies use this line.  Cincinnati Bell, Verizon, etc.  Not sure why you are getting calls from this line, as it is a retrieve system.

Are you positive?  I have not heard of that company, it is a wireless company right. But I have had people on this site before say a number was such and such and I disocvered it was someone other than what they said.  If you are sure, then it is one of those annoying telemarketrs.  Could it have anything to do with AT&T?

Yes, who is this calling?  I want to know.  They call 3-4 times a day or more and leave no message on the voice mail. They just let it run out of the 2-3 minutes. The way my phone is, I cannot delete the message until it says "end of message". Some phones you can just delete anytime during the message. This is very annoying. Since this number is hitting so many people there should be action taken. Dosen't anyone know who they are?

I bet if you look it is not an "incoming" call but an outgoing call.  If it is charging you a lot is b/c you are calling your voicemail during peak hours.
