For the last year and several months I have been getting telephone calls on the mobile phone that I use for work from a telemarketer attempting to sell me a home security system. The phone number that they have most recently used is (513) 257-0159; however, they have called me using several others. I have asked several times for this company to stop calling me on my work phone and in recent months, and because they have almost cost me my job I have gone on the offensive and attempted to contact them to confront them about calling me on at work. They never answer their phone and they do not publish an office address. According to state records their telephone number is not tied to a legitimate business, and records indicate that the phone number is a mobile number with Sprint. The voice mail identifies the company simply as ?Home Security? and does not allow the caller to leave a message. It is my intention to report this company to as many State and Federal Consumer Protection agencies as possible. It is my hope to become as much of a thorn in their side as they have to me. I will continue to publish their new phone numbers as they become available. Please join me in reporting this company.

I've noticed you have to be careful what you believe on these posts anymore the scammers have a new trick by posting. I've seen some strange ones like....I WENT TO THE TRAVEL AGENCY PRESENTATION AND GOT MY PRIZE AND A FREE LUNCH TOO. I figure if ya got something out of it, why are you on a complaint site? Now it's PRESS 2 AND BE PUT ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST. Aggrevated is right, it just lets them know someone is there. Sad, but I don't answer any call anymore unless they are in my phone book, or they leave a message and I know what it is about, even local calls which this one is for me.

keeps calling - do not recognize number so do not answer - never leaves a message - most annoying - pressing 2 for "do not call listing" never seems to work either - think it just tells them there's someone to keep on annoying.

Recorded message about a security system for your home. I am on the DNC also but this company is with Verizon and I once had my cell with Verizon so I am told I have a relationship with this company so DNC doesn't apply.

Actually It's a debt collector, I owe like a $100 dollars to a few seperate companies so I get it daily, that's why it said the next agent thing and left no answering machine message. Normally the hide their number but guess either not anymore or they slipped.

cell rang, ended as I was checking here for the number (Heh, nice the way we can do that so quickly, eh?) and of course didn't leave a message. So yep, a spam number.

No message left on answering machine. When I called the # it said"please wait for next available agent". And then it just disconnected me!
