I received a call from this number today. The women said that I had to pay her $1500.00 by 8AM the next day or go to jail. She stated that I had a bounced check from a pay day loan in 2009 for $200.00.
Problem is. I have never had a Pay Day loan in my life. Also she could or would not tell me the supposed bounced check number nor what Bank it was from.
I have tried several times to call the number back but no answer.

I got acall from this number and the Rachel Barlow and she stated that  I owed a payday loan and I need to pay 759.00 by Wednesday 5/9/2012 before 3:00 pm Texas time. She stated that I would go to jail. I need to  know if this lady  is real.

I have had many calls from this number 513-442-5324. the lady I spoke to said her name was rachel and she worked for DCW investigation and that my father had bounced a check of $1789.79 and that if he or someone didnt pay her by credit card DCW was going to charge him with felony crime.  after she called me 7 times and my father called her she has only spoken to me and she told me she has a message from my father but hasnt called him back yet...... whats that about

this lady called me 4 times and harrassed my sister......she wouldnt give me any info on the collector is she nuts i am not gonna give her a penny

UMM IF THE PERSON HANDLING YOUR CASE WAS IN A MEETING AND DIDN'T CALL YOU BACK THEN HOW DO YOU KNOW ITS A SCAM? THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME. I HAVE SPOKEN TO A LIVE PERSON THERE SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT DOCUMENTATION OF MY CASE SO I'M HOPING THEY ARE LEGIT???

This company is a scam. I called and was told the person who handles my case is in a meeting. Never got a return call back. This is BS!!

Who knows who this "company" is?

This is bogus, they leave no name as to who their company is or who they represent. It IS A SCAM. When you try to call this person back, she NEVER answers her phone.
