Keep calling for Oscar Healey and he is using my cell number as his. This morning call me before 9 am-I  have told them this person does not use this phone!

It's Student Outreach Solutions based out of Cincinnati.  They got my number from Sallie Mae.  I get calls from them when I can't pay my student loan on time.  They're not very nice to people when they do get them on the phone from what I understand.
