they call and don't answer

It's Bloomingdale's department store credit services number

This is Macys calling about a past due account.  They are relentless and call morning until night.  What a pain in the butt.  Don't they realize if we had the money to pay we would be paying.  Their constant harassment is not going to get bill paid any faster.  

It's MACEY'S collection service. I tried to block all unidentifiable calls # 77

What did you do to block them. I would love to do it myself.

Someone needs to inform them that it's unlawful to not identify yourself and OR your company you represent. Calling and not leaving a message multiple times is HARASSMENT!!! You can tell them verbally to stop calling if they continue, "RECORD EVERYTHING" you can sue for like 500.00 per call. So look at it as free payday! Don't Mess With Texas!

Every damn day this number keeps call my business I have caller ID I refuse to answer this call four calls today so far their are other number 513 754-9863 keeps switching phone number but the call from Mason, Ohio everyday, I am so pissed right now.  Just want to be left alone.

They have called my land line phone about 4 times since March asking for me but not identifying who they are.  My parents have answered the phone each time.  Each time they have told my father to call the following number;  (800) 947-6229 which belongs to Macy's store.

Do not give them personal information!!!

I receive at least 10 - 15 calls from this number each day.  The times I have answered, no one is on the other end!  It is very annoying.

getting calls early in the AM and late in the PM. Multiple calls in one day. No one says anything when I pu. It is ridiculous.

Wow, what a scam.  Do not give these 3rd World callers any of your information.  If you owe on bill, pay them directly and not over the phone.  Offer no other information than you would on the street to a stranger.  Granted they have have information that appears to be accurate but are you really willing to give your credit #'s to someone that will know whatever they want with it.

Caller ID says Mason Oh. Has called several times this week. I did not answer; he left no message. If it's Macy's, I paid ONE DAY LATE. No idea why they would contact me. I always pay my bill in full.

SO IRRITATED! Please make them stop! Why do they call all day and night and never say anything when I answer? I am furious! Is there anything that will make it stop?

Called and insisted he talk to me - hung up when I refused to give my name.  Had a foreign accent

Someone from this number calls my house 4-6 times a day, and also on Sundays in the morning afternoon and evening.  when I ask who is it, a dail tone comes on, then they wait for an hour and call again.  The only name that comes up is Mason, OH.  I truly believe these people or person is at home and has my number on automatic dail.  I would like this to stop, I have a very sick person in my house and the constant ring is very bothering.

They always call and NEVER talk on the phone. People needs to start reporting this number because a lot of Macy members seems to be the ones that are getting this call.

Somebody from this number calls me every 30 min. I called back, it said, your call may be recorded..I waited...then somebody (sounded like India) anwered my call and said "something something Macy's", I asked, what compnay is this- beep beep beep- Call Failed! I tried twice- same story...

They call and do not leave a message.   It is my work number that goes to voice mail right away so I am not bothered too much.  I dont even hear the phone ring.  But it is not right.  Fools!

calling multiple times each day. no message. when i pick up i get a recording saying i have to be on hold till they answer - did it once and after 10 minutes of silence, hung up. I called them back twice and told them to take my number off their calling list. they claim to be macy's debt collections. I do not owe macy's.

These guys are slick.. there are a few numbers they use, I blocked 4 already.  They claim to be macy's or bloomingdales.  They also try to force you to pay your debt.  If you fell for it, change your account number quick..

Number has been calling me for days at all different hours!  Finally picked up and it is definitely MACYS past due account, just spoke to them!

This is a credit collection service for Macy's and Bloomingdales.  I let about 4 of these calls go through and decided to call back.  For some reason they decide not to leave a voicemail.  This is legitimate.  They had information about my account that no one other than Bloomingdales could have had.

This was the 1st time using a Bloomingdales card, and I paid the bill online, however the clerk apparently charged my purchase to the store account.  Not knowing this I thought my bill was paid.  After calling this number they were ale to transfer the funds from the credit card payment over to the store account, and did not ask for any type of payment or personal information.

Simple confusion, and the person on the phone was very helpful. I'd suggest just calling the # back and looking into it rather than letting this go on.

This number calls me multiple times a day and does not leave a message. Calls my work and is very rude to other employees and will not leave a message, hangs up before they are transferred. I do not even have a Macy's account. Going to report them.
