Three phone calls today and others a few weeks ago- same number.  Some scan, sure of it.  No message.

caller constantly calls I answer they hang up. All hours. Getting frustrating.

Macys Collections - from somewhere in India.

I called their number back and when someone answered I hung up - just like they do to me!  I repeated the call/hang-up about 6 times.  I hope they like it.

Annoying daily call with no message. I do not have  Macy's account so not sure why they are calling.

I have been receiving calls from this number for the past four days, twice a day.  It is obviously computer generated.  The first call computer voice said they had an important message for me and that an account representative would call me back.  Since then I have been phoned and when i pick up and don't talk, the line goes dead.

So this # has been calling me for two days now at least 5 times a day. I answered it and they hung up. So I called back and the guy was kinda rude. I asked why they were calling and he asked for my Macy's account # and I said no. So he asked for my phone # so I gave him that along with my first and last name. and then he asked for my last 4 of my SS. I said No. And hung up. This seems kinda weird to me. I do have a Macy's card but my payment isn't late and I shouldn't have any issues with it. I will be calling Macy's Tomorrow.

People,  It's Not Macy's!!!   Report them to the Do Not Call Registry (for whatever that's worth...).  Then have some fun with them, waste their time, answer - don't say anything - just put the phone in front of the tv or something.

no messages, call my cell then in 10 seconds call my home. I let it go to voice mail they don't leave one,  Now the third day in a row, they then call back a few minutes later on the home phone.

when I called them back from my unlised phone they said Macy but they don't show such a number in use anywhere.

Received this call this morning from a female at this number asking to speak with (giving my daughter's name) without identifying the company she was calling from.  I simply told her "there's no (name) here" to which she confirmed our last name and I again said "there's no (name) here."  She said "thank-you - goodbye" and hung up.  ????

Have both a Macy's card and Bloomingdale's and both are not due for a week.  Received a call from this number yesterday at 8am (much like everyone else posting here) with no voicemail.  I received a voicemail an hour ago from this number that sounded like someone was calling from a bar or restaurant.  They just said
Hi Susie" and then nothing else.  Only my family calls me Susie, so no idea what this is all about, but definitely sounds fishy.  I'll tweet about it to Macy's and Bloomies and see if I can get a response.

Keeps calling - doesn't leave a message.  Really annoying.  Can't be a creditor b/c my credit is clean.

I get calls from this number and I am on the Do not call list. I have reported them to the Do not call registry. everyone should do the same.

The calls are from Macy's/Bloomingdales.  They automatically start calling if your payment is 1 day late!

Repeated calls/hang ups from this number. When I call back it says Macy's and asks for my account number. Total scam.

These people are very FU(|<ING UNPROFESSIONAL... they should go back to school!!! these are the people that make the company look really bad..

Get calls about every 30 minutes from 8 AM to 9 PM.  No message.  I read other entries about Macy's.  I have an account, but it does not have a balance or payment due.  I'm going to call the 800 number and cancel it.

I continue to receive calls from this number with no message ever being left. I finally got fed up and called the number back only to be told that I needed to make a payment over the phone. At this point I refused to do so even after advising the person on the line that I already made my payment. I continue to receive between 3-5 calls a day from this number. I need this to STOP!!!

this is from Macy's. they are saying that I have a credit card with them, which I do not have or ever have.

I get 2 to 5 calls from this number every day. Sundays too. It used to ring twice and stop - but recently it has started ringing until it rolls to voice mail. They never leave a message. When I answer it the line is disconnected. I have NO Macy's or any other debt issues to explain the call and any legitimate caller would leave a message. This is clearly a criminal activity - I looked at reporting to the "do not call" list, but that form is meant for telemarketers - and this harassment doesn't fit.

Calls every day.  Mostly, leaves no message nor says anything, but once when answered, put us on hold and never came back on the line.

this is a scam.  I'm reporting this to FCC.  State the are with some bank trying to collect a debt from bloomys or macy's fraud.  BE QWARE HIS IS SA SCAM...

I called the Macy's number on the back of my card and they said this 513 # is a legit collections number.  I asked why they're calling all day long, letting it ring twice, and hanging up...but all the guy wanted to do was get another payment from me.  I asked to speak to his manager and she was the same way.  I told her my account was up to date and that I'd send another payment when it was due, but that my reason for calling was to question the professionalism of this group that keeps calling me.  She just kept saying "They are an outside company we use and they are legitimate".    I told her Macy's needs to put more care and attention into who they work with because they are very unprofessional, and she said she'd let higher management know my concern...I don't believe she will by her nonchalant attitude.  This is too frustrating.  I won't be shopping with Macy's anymore.  You get better customer service at Walmart!

YEAH, WHATS UP THIS THIS NUMBER THAT KEEPS ON CALLING? THEY DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE TELLING ME WHO THEY ARE OR WHAT THEY WAN'T. I DON'T HAVE ANY BILLS I DON'T OWE ANYBODY ANY MONEY..

Received several calls from this number.  most were caller id's but the one that I answered was a message:  "You have received a very important call but all of our operators are busy at this time.  Please stay on the line for the next available operator."
