Verge of harassment! I call back and not even a ring at the other end. Telephone company needs to be involved!!

this number has called me twice today and once yesturday no message left its getting old and im tired of it

The name of the person at this company to contact is Mark steinberg his number is 513 233 5877 also 513 842 1025... very annoying this company we should all report them to the Ohio and Indiana AG's office they operate out of Indiana

This person keeps calling like twice a day for three days now and never leaves a message. You can apparently text it but I never got a message back! This is Driving me crazy!

It is Quenn City Gutters.  I signed up for a free drawing and now they keep calling.

I have received two calls from this # in the last two days. Do not answer since I do not know the number. Never leaves a message. Sounds like this source is starting up again. Very annoying. I wish I could block this number from my iPhone, but do not know how.

First off, a few others on this thread have let us know they asked to be removed from the data list and do not call list to no avail.  And if you tell them to stop calling, you hit the not interested button and you go right back into the system?  Cute.  How bout this suggestion:  Stop annoying people by phone, unsolicited!!!!!  And don't tell us to ignore answering the phone.  There are important calls that come through from people who are totally legitimate.  Its no wonder this company has hit this website, especially when we see a customer-killer response from someone like you.

A rep called in the spring and wanted to send a salesperson to show me the product and give a quote on new gutters. A salesman came, showed me the gutter system and I told him I would have to check with my son who is a construction manager.  With that he packed his stuff up and headed for his car.  In the driveway, I asked him what kind of price (ballpark) price) the gutters would cost.  The answer was $5000+ for 125 ft. total gutters installed. Yikes!

In late July 2011, I got another call from a rep. from Queen City Gutters and I told him I could not afford the price of the gutters and he went into a long yarn, saying that they had a bunch of salepeople back in the spring who (they found out) were working for more gutter companies than them and were not very knowledgable.  He agreed the price was extravagant and wanted to check out who that person was.

The rep called back today and began to use high pressure, trying to set a sales appointment... time and day dictated by him.  I told him it was not necessary for me to go through that process again, that I had seen samples of the gutters and listened to the information.  I suggested that he have an estimator to measure and  put a written estimate in the door space or send it to my address.

Ok, are you ready?  This clown replied in an aggravated tone, "Well, we don't do things that way" and hung up in my ear.  This company is not to be trusted.

WE ARE NOT LOCATED ON GILBERT. WE ARE OUT IN TRICOUNTY. DUHH....AND STOP TAKING IT OUT ON THE TELEMARKETERS!!!!!!! WE ARE JUST DOING OUR JOBS! WE HAVE NOOOO CONTROL OVER HOW MANY TIMES WE CALL AND WHO THE HELL WE CALL! OUR BOSSES PUT THE LIST IN THE COMPUTERS AND WE SIT HERE ALL DAMN DAY DOING OUR JOBS!!!! AND IF YOU WANT US TO STOP CALLING YOU HAVE TO SAY  "PUT ME ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!!!" WHEN YOU SAY "STOP CALLING" WE HIT THE BUTTON THAT SAYS "NOT INTERESTED!" AND YOU GO RIGHT BACK INTO THE SYSTEM!

AND IF YOU DONT WANT US TO CALL THEN DONT FREEKIN ANSWEER! NOT THAT HARD.

We received a call during the day and my young daughter answered the phone.   The man on the other end asked for me and she said not available.   He then asked if her parents were home.   He then asked are you home alone.   She quickly said her sitter was there and hung up.

I'm very upset by these calls.  We continue to get calls and when the name shows on caller id my daughter gets very upset.     I've left voice mails, but don't expect anything to change.

I researched Queen City Gutters in the online CBYP.com, and here is what was found (+ review).  Personally I agree with calling the FCC... and we are tired of receiving calls period from those that will not state who they are in voice or by Caller I.D.!

Company gives you a "today" only price. We agreed to a contract and then researched company on BBB which in hindsite should have done prior. Won't make that mistake again. Contract stated we had three business days to cancel then they failed to show up to cancel contract and then treated us very rudely and refused to acknowledge in writing cancellation of contract. Research your local BBB before using this company

I have asked repeatedly to be taken off their call list with no success.  I have registered my Cell # with the National Do Not Call program and just filed my first complaint with them.

I just got a call from them and they were asking for my parents and I told them they went home and they just hung up.

We are trained to keep people in the calling que unless they specifically say the words " put me on your do not call list" Anyone reading this that has a problem with getting repeated calls should report it to the attorney general and QCGS will eventually get fined. This company is dirty the way they treat people.

I get these calls as well. I have filed the complaint on the FCC's website.
Funny thing is, I have bought these gutters but not from their phone call. I set up the appointment.
Although their product is good, they have the MOST obnoxious sales pitch I have ever experienced!!!
Most reputable companies let their product sell itself through referrals, not these types of phone calls.

It actually is queen city gutters I.E the guttershutter company they call my phone and do the same i believe its their dialer that hangs up or the person is too lazy to talk and they disconnect the phone I used to work there the phone number to call where someone will actually answer is 513 671 4000 tell them you want to be removed from their call list and they should stop calling yes telemarketers suck to get calls from but at least these people get up everyday and go to work it could be worse they could not work and live of of your tax dollars and if no one ever bought anything off of the phone then telemarketing would not exist but people actually buy these gutters everyday from setting up an appointment for a free estimate over the phone when these people call.So I doubt they will stop anytime soon .

There have also been comments over the past few years from some Telecommunication techs I know.  There is a possibility that someone is recording your voice, and like the complaint from the CBYP reviewer her signature could have been stolen.

Whenever a person has the opportunity to steal an identification of another all means are usable.  My family has been very cautious and I hope you all will be extra cautious with businesses in the future.  I never knew until today that this number was an issue for others.

The number 513-644-1020 has called both my cell and business number advising me to call him back. I am extremely concerned as I only use my business phone numbers for applications of some sort. I have a feeling someone (or a disgruntle employee) has hacked into database and is using information.

This person keeps calling, doesn't leave message

This # calls three -five times a week. Never leaves a message! So last night
my son answers the call and they never said a word! This morning they called
and hung up after the 3rd ring! This # knows no time because I have gotten
calls at 1:00am, and as for a norm they hang up!!!!!

We have recieved multiple calls from this number. It was first notice on the caller ID. Then we when thphone was answered the caller just set on the line.

I get calls from this place daily.  I have repeatedly asked them to take my number off their list, they simply refuse.  He just called again 5 minutes ago, kept prodding me about wanting to talk to the homeowner, claiming to be Queen City Gutters.  They also do as the person above said by not saying anything, or simply hanging up when you answer.  I love their come on, asking for a phony name then trying to reel you in. Guess he can't get a better paying job.

These idiots call all the time. I found their real number in a google search and for everytime they call me Im gonna prank them 10 times. Queen City Gutters sucks!

This guy has been calling my home for 6-12 months! I have called the number back to be removed from the list several times. He calls at all hours. Like the rest of you: rings a few times and hangs up or just does'nt say anything. Does'nt this CREEP YOU PEOPLE OUT! Well IM doing something about it TODAY. This is phone HARASSMENT! The phone company and police will be made aware of this creep. However, you know this guy WANTS attention and this site is giving him just that. I'll see him in court!!!!!! I got a call from him telling me to call him at 513-644-1020
