They call and don't leave a message.It is Macy's.  I don't like Macy's anymore. I went into my online Macy's account and changed the settings to receive the bill via email, also setup a reminder on my phone because they charge a lot for late charges.

call many times a day and says it is macys bloomies on my screen  don't want me and needs to talk to someone else re personal matter and to call 1-800-947-6229 which i did and answer wants your acct number   I don't think so

calls at all hours, don't pick up as I don't recognize the number.  Think it is a sales call.   Do NOT call back.

I got the call twice, I answered the second time and I was told my macy's card is past due (3 weeks ago). I freaked out and the woman on the other side of the line wanted my routing number and bank account number. But I refused to give it to her and hung up. I checked online and my account was not even due for a payment yet. So be aware and don't give them your info.
I was never late to any payment, and it is ODD that I will be called by a Debt collector especially that the payment was not passed due.

These people keep calling 5 times a day and no one answer when answer them, and they just disconnect. They do this 5 times a day every day of the week.

It says Mason OH. I have gotten at least 4 calls from them just today. Every time I pick up there's no one on the line, then it goes dead.

I receive calls from this number every few hours.  Who is it?  It is very irritating to receive these calls.
I am on a "Do not Call" list for sales calls, but I continue to receive them.

This phone number for a supposed Macy's debt collection is a SCAM, I have never had a Macy's card nor a family member with a Macy's card. I have 1 person in my family ME.  I only use AMEX which is paid in full monthly.  I dont have a Macy's store in my state!
These people get your number in their data base and they wont let go because they are paid per numbers called, hence the reason they can hang up on the 2nd call.
This group of scammers also uses the number  513-754 9837   and claim to be a Macy's collection agency out of OHIO.
How can I block their number?Caller:

I answered, finally, after many calls, and they hung up.  All the times they called, they never left a message.  Somebody on this site said it was Macy's.

I don't know why they are calling my account is up to date.  But I am tired of the constant barrage of calls.

i have been receiving calls from this # for weeks now, the call always get hung up everytime i said hello. Today, a female who has very strong indian accent was telling me that i have a overdue payment at macys, i need to make the payment of min of $15 today, she can process it for me at no charge, the balance is overdue. i told her that she needs to remove me from the list, because it is a scam. my payment is not due until the 2/18, and i already scheduled the payment! hopefully, this # will not call me starting today. very annoying

Got a call from this number twice on my new phone no answer, i called back to be waiting 30 min no answer this is at 8pm on a sat nite who calls that late freaking idiots if this is macys like everyone says i dont have an acct never been to macys leave me alone

I get this call all day long but no one is ever on the line when I answer. And whoever it is never leaves a message. Wish I knew how to block it on my cel phone! So, I decided to NOT try to answer the calls any more. If it's Macy's-why call me. I don't have an account there.
