Irritating! 15 calls this week. And at night. I text some filthy msgs. After about 3 days and said lose my no. I had two more calls next morning 7:15am!  Worried its something or someone attempting to latch on to me.

It is MACY'S Credit card. If, you miss a payment then they will call you to remind it. Confirmed it!

HAVE NO CLUE WHO THESE IDIOTS ARE.  THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE.  THE NO-CALL LIST IS A JOKE.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHICH TELEPHONE COMPANY HAS ISSUED THIS NUMBER..MAYBE TIME THE GOV'T GOES AFTER THE PHONE COMPANIES WHO ISSUE THESE NUMBERS.  YOU CAN'T JUST PICK A NUMBER OUT OF THE AIR AND CALL PEOPLE.  

This number is calling almost every 90 minutes.  I believe that is harassment.  O answer and there is no answer or a click.  Do, something about it.

I have been getting a phone call or two or three for about 3 weeks now from 513 754 9874. Any time of the day.   I have no business with whatever companys they are calling for or about.  I have returned a call and told them to take me off their list.  I have no business with them or anyone and my phone is strictly for emergency purposes. I will not answer.  It continues.    I am also on a no call list for all the good this does.  this also costs me my minutes

I called and told them i had nothing with them whatsoever Bloomingdales, Macy.  They wanted my name and phone number.  I gave them the phone number to be deleted and nothing more.  I would not give my name out.  I told them they had the phone number so they should be able to accomplish getting off without any more information from.  I will report them to the FCC.

It is Macy's. They are  the WORSTcompany to ever have a credit card  with. You pay ontime but they will call because they fail to see the payment sitting on the waiting to pay out screen.. Very much dislike this company.

the calls are outsourced.  person said they were with macy's and that my account was late.  my account is not late.  they wanted me to verify my info.  I hung up and called macy's directly.

I am tired of receiving calls on my cell phone from this number 513-754-9874. No message is left and I do not answer the call. How did they get my cell phone number? My cell number is used for emergency calls from family and I panic when my phone rings.

they have been calling 5 times a day for 2 months.. they never leave a message i am almost tempted to change my number , but it means changing other contacts,, no matter what i try ,they don't give up

I getcalls from 513-573-8038 and 513-754-9874, according to the person that answered the phone it is a credit services center  I HAVE NO CREDIT CARDS! If it isd Macy's or Bloomingdales - I DON"T SHOP THERE!!!

Persistent robo caller. Glad I checked this website ... now I might call back Macy's to see what the problem is and if I get an outsourced person, I may terminate my account.

I always pay my bill on time, and I still get call from this # 3 or 4 times per day... I just ignore it and they dont even leave voice mails. Maybe that's what happened to you. But i dont worry cuz all my payments are up to date

Well, try paying your bill on time, and maybe you won't get calls like this.  Pretty simple, I think.

Do NOT give these people any information!!! It is not Macy's , it is a scammer using Macy's name and number to get in to your personal finances!!

I traced this number directly to Sprint and then to Centurylink.  United Telephone Company of Ohio is the name of the company associated with this number, however, they were taken over by Sprint.  Then Sprint spun this company off to Embarq Local Operating Companies, and this company was then rebrand as Centurylink.  The information was located on the FCC webpage.

I get a call from this number at work every day, at least twice, sometimes more.  I have no idea who they are, or why they are calling.  Never leave a message.

Very annoying.  Never missed the payments on my Macy's account and last time I even used it was more than a year ago.  Calling 6-7 different times a day starting at 8 am is really something else.  I wish they would stop harassing me.  Called Macys and complained but they had no idea. I ended up cancelling the store card and credit card thru Macys. :/

Yeah, this number has been calling me. After reading the above comments, I looked up my Bloomingdale's card. Sure enough, I forgot to pay it! So, everyone-- I think it's Macy's/ Bloomingdale's-- they have same parent company.

I was 2 days late, it was due July 1st and made the payment July 3rd. I received a call today at 8am from some rude lady. She asked me " so are you gonna pay or what?", what a b!tch! Calling me for being 2 days late, just charge me the late fee like any other company would. Going to cancel my credit card and pay the damn $27 of late fee. Oh ya, she wanted to charge my debit card over the phone, the payment I had made plus the late fee. I was not gonna pay twice! They just lost a customer

keeps calling 2 or 3 times a day...no one on it..SOMEONE SHOULD BE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT...

Been receiving multiple calls daily from this number for the last three days.  If it is in fact Macy's, how would I know as they never leave a message (how does this make good business sense I'll never understand).  I did buy cloths from them and opened a Macy's charge for that purchase.  I have not received the card in the mail (over a month now) nor have I received a statement (again, great business practice).

This number has been calling all hours of the day and night, without ever leaving any messages and/or saying anything when I've answered.  At first, I thought it was political junk calls.  I finally called the number back wanting to know what this is about and why they're harassing me.  It's Macy's, Mason, OH.  I've also gotten calls from Florida that's probably them too.  First, I'm told my account is fine and up to date, and they were about to hang up on me.  I asked - But why am I getting calls?  OOPS ~ After putting me on hold, they claimed they don't have a record of my last payment.  Even after telling them I have proof of my in-store payment, they still wanted me to make *Another payment* over the phone - with late fees also added!  No!  They've got the money with a check that I verified has already cleared the bank.  After taking plenty of time to get this resolved I was told, "this matter is on hold for 14 days pending mailed proof of payment." Again, I asked if this meant I wouldn't get more phone harassing calls.  I was told to wait while they got an for an answer to that.  Apparently, requesting that they stop calling is a separate issue, but they were kind enough to put in a request for a "hold" on the phone harassment.  Then, I thought about the possibility that maybe the store clerk posted the payment to the wrong account.  OOPS ~ As it happens, the wrong account number is on my payment receipt.  But, I was told not to worry, that their receipts a lot of times gives the wrong last four digits of the account number, in addition to the rest of the x'd out numbers...To Protect the consumer!  So why do I get the feeling that I am not so "protected?"
