I received 5-6 calls from this number today, but the only thing on the other end of line was a fax machine tone.

I finally called Fort Hamilton Hospital for help. The Operator told me that 513-867-2878 is the automatic Caller ID for all calls coming out of the hospital, so it would be impossible to tell who was actually trying to send the fax. The operator then connected me to their Tech Support Center. The rep there said he will contact their Telecomm group which handles all outgoing phone and fax calls. They will search through their database for my phone number and will delete it so this doesn't happen again. But he warned me that the database is HUGE so it could take a while.

It's the Southwest Ohio Pulmonary & Sleep Center in Hamilton, Ohio. You likely have an appointment, or have been referred there by your doctor. Not a billing or collection call.
