How do I get these spammers from calling my prepaid cell phone number, I'm charged each time they call!!! When I returned the call I just got a disconnected line..how does that happen?!

this is an insurance company with a call center out of Quebec. not really a scam, but not worth your time. hang up/don't call back! this is phone junk mail lol

This is an international phone charge scam under the guise of selling health insurance. The purpose I'd to keep you on the phone as long as possible to rack up a huge bill on your account. it makes the scammer money because often you end up paying fees to their line. Ignore it and don't answer (or, call the number back from a payphone and let it just hang for a good long while. Then they're stuck with the fee!)
