Okay I got a call at 5:35 pm today and it came up on my caller id as FOTS Phone  # 514-339-4158. I believe he said was Dennis Mario Walters. That I was getting a govt. grant for $7,000. That he was calling from Washington DC and his extension was 2027.  He even had my federal ID number. He told me to call this other number and I had to give my account information and such forth to his superior so they could deposit the money. I am not stupid enough to believe this crap and I couldn't even  understand his accent. He could have been from India or Pakistan or wherever. Watch out because these people are no joke and are very very good scam artists!!!!

This is a scam!!  I was charged long distance for these calls. SUCKS!!

This number shows up on my cell bill as a long distance charge of .45 cents each time.. beware..

No you didn't!  It's a scam. If you bite, the trip will cost you the full price.

got call twice no message left, search for this number results given are like this "Phone number: 514-392-9199, is located in Montreal, Quebec. Its exchange 392 is managed by BELL CANADA - QC. The number is currently on switch number MTRLPQ02CG2 (switch is a technical specification for phone hobbyists)." but of what use, when we cannot block such callers..

rang twice, no message.. does any body know how to block such numbers or where to report, DNCL registered but get calls often. is such headache for the Fido customers or..

I can't say much because I don't answer calls from unidentified numbers.

Just got a call on my cell. Hung up on them after 2 rings never answer from numbers I do not know.

A message saying "you've won a cruise" if you fill in a survey. (Yeah right!) Don't know what happens if you press buttons on your phone. I hung up. Can you somehow be charged by the phone company like dialing a pay-per-use phone number? If you call the the phone number, Bell Canada says it is invalid. Surprise.

Called my cellphone twice today.  No one on the line, it is just dead.  My cell number is also on a DCL.

I got a "won a trip to the bahamas" automated message. I pressed 9 to be "taken off their list". I fear taking myself off their list puts me on 10 other lists...

my mom just got this call on here cell phone, telus provider, she did not pick up.

this number keeps calling and its a taped message stating you won a trip.
