I gt calls from that number. all the time..as well as calls from numerous other numbers scattered around Canada and the USA...they NEVER leave a message!
I don't pick up the phone, other than the occasional pick-up and slam-down hard!
Not that they got my message!

This number is calling our house we will not answer it because we do not know who is calling?

I have been receiving calls from this number for the last several weeks. Since I never answer phone calls for which I do not recognize the number, I do not know who it is that is calling. The caller does not leave a message on the machine.

Phoned would not leave a message or name. Hung up after ringing for a while before answering machine kicked in.

Yup, called me last night. I forgot to shut my ringer off when I went to bed. Wouldn't you know it!!!
I have been keeping track of numbers that call me for a while now. I am up to about 50 now! Absolutely sickening! The 'do not call list' is a joke as most of these numbers are either exempt or out of the country.

Automated caller "Roberta", claims to offer a cruise vacation simply for taking their survey.  I hung up before she finished her spiel.

J'ai eu un appel de ce numéro le 20 août en matinée. Message en anglais, je gagne un voyage dans le sud (croisière) en autant que je réponde à quelques questions. J'ai raccroché sans aller plus loin, et j'ai porté plainte au CRTC (https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/index-fra)

Je recois ces appels a raison de 1 par jour depuis pres de 3 semaine ,sois disant un sondage de carte de credit  demande confirmations de renseignements .

Reçu cet appel à 16:11. Rien entendu car j'ai raccroché tout de suite. J'espère qu'ils ont payé l'appel interurbain! Ils appellent souvent.

This number keeps call our house. We will not answer the phone.  We feel if they can't show their name when calling why answer.  We will not answer. Why don't just stop calling.

Quand vous recevez des appels de ce genre, prenez note du numéro qui vous appelle (que ce soit celui-là ou un autre), la date et appelez le CRTC au 1-866-850-3625. Si votre numéro est inscrit sur la liste nationale des numéros de télécommunication exclus, ils pourront traiter votre plainte (sinon, je vous invite à le faire en inscrivant votre numéro. C'est valide pour 5 ans je crois!). Ils vous demanderont des informations au sujet de l'appel (numéro de téléphone et date).

De leur côté, ils feront une enquête à savoir s'il est question de télémarketing illégal et ils communiqueront avec la compagnie pour leur faire part de l'illégalité de la chose et leur donner une amende. Si nous sommes plusieurs à le faire, ils cesseront peut-être de nous appeler !

Sinon, ce que vous pouvez faire c'est de demander l'option blocage d'appels à votre compagnie de téléphonie. Toutefois les compagnies fautives sont bien malines, elles sont plusieurs numéros dont elles peuvent se servir. Autrement, vous pouvez changer de numéro de téléphone et le mettre confidentiel ou encore téléphoner au Centre anti-fraude du Canada (1-888-495-8501) si vous croyez qu'il s'agit d'une tentative de fraude par téléphone.



When you receive a call, take notes of number (514-4478035) and call CRTC at 1-866-580-3625 for complaint. They will ask you to give them the number, the company name (if possible) and the date of call.

They will do an investigation and if the call is from illegal telemarketing, the CRTC will communicate with the company and give them a penalty.

(Sorry for bad english, I usally speak and write in french!)

Ça fait une bonne semaine que je reçoit des appels au moins 5 à 7 fois par jour de 3 numéros différents. Ce qui donne environ 15 appels mininum. J'appelle ça du harcèlement. Je suis pas mal éc?uré.

this number calls me every single day. EVERY SINGLE DAY. It's an automatic message, saying that the caller is Anne, and that the survey is from the government, etc. It's getting really annoying. Can you report this number to the police or something? It probably can't be tracked though...

Je viens de recevoir un appel de ce numéro. Une femme parlait en anglais. Ça semblait être un enregistrement. Je n'ai rien compris. J'ai raccroché. Je reçois de tels appels d'un autre numéro. Un véritable fléau ces appels.

Personally, I intend to either phone or email every time I get one of these scamnmers
calls.  That is the only way these telephone resellers are going to deal with the
problem.  Everyone posting here - the scammers aren't interested in your comments - they
don't care.  Make the owners of the exchange care, contact them for EVERY BS call you
get, and complain.  Iam also complaining about the extra costs on my phone bill for call
blocking - because of fibernetics' clients BS calls, and asking for their billing
department so I can submit a bill.

Got this telephone number on my telephone registration but as you reported this may be another scam up here in Quebec City

they keep calling all the time I hang up, but everyday I get about 3 of them

Nous avons reçu cet appel message enregistré  quelques fois  2 ou 3 fois en anglais seulement nous demandant des informations sur notre carte de crédit. On n'a pas répondu aux exigences du message enregistré.

Même chose ici.  Message automatisé en anglais me demandant de répondre à un sondage de 30sec.  J'ai raccroché dès que j'ai entendu ça et j'ai bloqué le numéro sur mon téléphone domestique.
Same here.  Automated message in English asking me to answer a 30sec poll.  I hung up once I heard that and I blocked the number on my home phone.

These people call daily, robot call wanting you to take a short survey, with a gift if you do. Complete scam to get around the do not call criteria, by hiding under a survey pretense.
