A Mr. Schwartz calls from this number, 514-559-6284, says he has no access to internet, and says he has been referred to my firm "by a friend of his", but refuses to give the name of the friend, and then says he called 411 to get the number because his friend "didn't have it with him, just the name".  What a fake and phoney...anybody who calls and says "My name is MISTER Schwartz, rather than My name is Schlomo Schwartz" is a fake and phoney to begin with.  He then asks for a group quotation, wants to know how much it will be for 30 people to fly to Budapest and Krakow, but doesn't want to put down a meagre $50 applied-towards-purchase research fee, just wants everyone to drop everything to give him a quote and wants a price "under $900 taxes included", even though there are at least $400 of taxes/fees on this route, so he really thinks he can get 30 seats for $500 base fare each???  Don't waste your time with this schmuck, let him call all the airlines directly...groups are time-consuming and the airlines make the paperwork bureaucratically oppressive, especially with credit card payments, etc.  Forget him if he calls.
