514 847 3632 calls me usually 3 times a day during the week. Don't know who it is, don't know anyone from Montreal. Creepy.

This # has been calling me daily for the past 30 days. I found out that they got my # from my CIBC Visa card. Here is my response to CIBC Visa:
I am tired of being harassed by your telemarketing calls.
Specifically, I have been called once a day for the last 30 days by 1-514-847-3632 which turns out to be Canadian Premier Life Insurance. After negotiating an endless nightmare voice mail loop, they informed me they got my name from my credit card company which is you.I phoned CIBC customer Service who told me it could take another 30 days to get off the call list. This is not good enough; i want it off IMMEDIATELY.
If you check on the Internet you will see that I am not the only annoyed customer.
If you continue to do business in this fashion, I will have to consider canceling my account.
I await your immediate response and action on this.

I am being pestered my this automatic phone dialler daily. When you phone the # to get off their calling list, an auto answerer says it will take 30 days. I have filed a formal complaint with my phone provider & the CRTC.
The company is Canadian Premier Life Insurance Co.
As far as I am concerned, even if I needed life insurance, I would go out of my way to avois this company.

Calls all the time

This number has been calling almost daily for weeks. I answered one of their calls a while back, no one on the other end. I picked up today, a man with an accent said hello twice, then asked for me using my full name.  I inquired as to why they have been calling: offering a promotion to CIBC credit card holders.  I in turn replied that if "she" were here, whe would not be interested and hung up.  Will wait and see what becomes of it.

My home received a couple of calls, (I wasn't in). Female speaker asks when I will be back.

It's an insurance company. I LOVE caller ID!

I'm glad I found this website because I two am being pestered with this number calling almost daily. I have just lodged a formal complaint with my phone provider and CRTC will be next

I just called this number and got an answering machine to say it is an insurance company.  "If you do not want calls from us call 1-866-4494430"  I called and they say they are not open on weekends so why the H___ are they calling me on the weekend.  On Monday lets all call the 866 number and see if it works

Even called me today a Sat. With no answer I am not impressed.  It is hard to deal with when you are feeding a baby

I have the same problem!! Calling 3-4 times a day, I answer once in a while, hoping to give them an ear full... but when I answer, they hang up!!! Its so annoying!

God this number kept calling me like 3-4 times a week.
Once I picked up and there was no one answering.

It's CIBC!!!! I finally got someone to speak on the line, after waiting almost 20 seconds, told them to remove me ASAP!!

Got call from them too. Just don't pick up the phone! if they seriously need something, they would leave a message. This works for me.

This number keeps calling my cell phone

This number has been calling 2-3 times during business hours for the past 2 weeks.  They never leave a message. Based on the messages here, it must be a telemarketer.

Just got this number calling me, googled, found this page, no help yet!

got this phucking number calling me everyday.....

this number calls everyday and then once i picked up and it was an automated sales message.  it gave me another number to call on my own bill to remove from the calling list.  i did and it still called the next day.  i had to do this a few times and finally it has stopped, for now.

that's sooo weird. same thing is happening to me - never expected to find a whole page from ppl who get a call from this number

I seem to be getting hit with a number of telemarketing calls on my cell. Today this one started. I'm also getting 416-915-3300 about 5 times a day, and had 602-343-2228 calling numerous times a day about a week ago. They never leave a message and from reading other posts, never stop calling or will hang up on you if you question them.

So using an idea from a previous post, I answer the call put it on mute and leave it until they hang up. Do that a few times and it seems to stop, but then another number seems to start calling so I'm starting to think they are all in cahoots. Aye carumba! It's so annoying.

I called my service provider, he suggested contacting the CRTC to complain. This is illegal, what they are doing, according to my provider, so perhaps enough complaints to the CRTC will spur action, and terminate this annoyance.
