je bloc ces no avec mon Panasonic...
je répond plus a ces N0 suspect,il y en a pleins...

I just received a call from this number and didn't pick-up... the caller left no messages, and I can't dial them back (sounds like a hung up phone when I try calling back...)... I looked online and found this post... I guess these guys are still active...

Une personne de ma famille a reçu un appel de ce numero. Comme indiqué plus haut dans les commentaires, la personne a dit " allo grand-papa?!" L'individu a ensuite monté un scénario comme quoi il était le petit fils et qu'il avait eu un accident et avait besoin d'argents. Évidement sur le coup, n'importe qui croit a cette arnaque ! Le membre de ma famille s'est fait avoir et on lui a volé 1500$. Faites attention. Ce numéro appartient à un individu / groupe d'individus qui arnaquent les gens et volent de l'argent !

Same story for us but they gave us a number to call back: 786/224-0101.  We did not call.

Just got a call from this number. The man said my computer (windows progrsm) was being hacked i told him i had no pc that i had a mac and he said yes, i can see it and that my windows was being hacked. I hung up on him

Received many calls from this number. Today, a woman was explaining to me she was calling from a so called redemption center in Montreal for visa credit and debit cards and that she would be sending me 100$ in gifts for whatever. This is also the second time I have to explain I do not own anything from visa or MasterCard... Just beware of this number.

I answered a call from this number and it was from a known contact of mine calling me through a non-video Skype call.

Kept calling me at inconvenient times but was very insistent - Said he was with microsoft and they were
getting tons of errors coming from my laptop that needed fixin right away - he finally he caught me when I was in front of my laptop and walked me thru some steps, i played along and found him very convincing (he was able to confirm many codes in my computer - scary!) I went along with everything that I knew would not harm my laptop until he brought me to a command of www.join.me - This is where I stopped going along with him and asked for a business number I could call him back on to make sure he was legit - He got angry saying he proved to me he was with microsoft by knowing much information I was able to confirm on my laptop.  I told him I was not going any further unless he gave me a business tel no.  He became angrier so I just hung up...

This is totally fraud. They just called me saying I was going to be received a $100 gift card for gas because I have a Visa and Mastercard....ugh I don't have a mastercard and I have never signed up for anything. As soon as I told her to remove me from their calling list and this is fraud, she hung up. Do not give them any info!

It's an IP line so that's why you cannot call it

they would call and hung up, when I try to call back I get a busy tone.

Of course its a scam.

They said they were calling cause something was wrong with Windows on my computer. So I just hung up. I think it's just some kind of scam.

same here, but I did it.

i just got off the phone with videotron after receiving many calls from "514-874-1957".  they told me to do the following:
1- as soon as you hang up from receiving a call from that number dial *57
  this automatically sends the number to the police.
2- the police will only take seriously three *57 calls for the same number.
3- after the third time, the police should call you to ask about the calls you have been receiving.
4- the police will then be able to contact the security dept. of your provider to get more information on "514-874-1957.


that was the only solution provided by videotron.  I'm still not happy about the fact that I have to do all the work!!

Keep getting calls from that number as well. It seems to have started when I gave google my cell number. Not sure if its just a coincidence. Stupid scammers just keep hanging up. My cell bill will be huge if they keep this up. I keep not looking at the incoming number and answering.

This number calls me several times a day, all hours saying they are from AIC Finance and that I owe money to them (looking online this is a Stock company). I do not own a credit card, nor have I ever used payment plans on anything, so I can safely say I don't owe money to anyone. They do not answer if I ask how they got my information and they are very rude; one man called me a bi*** for asking where they were calling from and hung up on me saying "your story doesn't make sense" when I refused to confirm my name. They are scammers, but my phone company can't seem to block them, even when they always call from the same number. It's very stressfull.

This is the third time this week this number has called me, I answer & you just hear background noise as I say "hello?" So I screamed into the phone for them to stop calling me back, they stopped for several days but they just called again a few minutes ago...

I just receive a call from this number! They said  they are a financial companie et they have a account on my name and it is very important to talk to me! Ihang up and search on google. The companie name is AIC Finance!! Nothing online about it!!!!

i received i call from the number 514 874 1957 they would not iditified themself and they ask me for all my info when i did not want to tell them they hung up i did the mistake of giving them my birth date

a man try yesterday (Nov. 1st) to get some money from me.  He said he was my nephew who have an accident and he asks me $2000.00.

got missed call from +1 514 8741957..when I try to calling back,only long beeptone..worry if someone try to hacked my number..!!

Funny enough, I received a call from this number at 1:25am.

Je viens d'avoir un appel de ce numéro 514-874-1957 avec en bruit de fond la voix de plusieurs personnes qui parlent avec un accent étranger et que cela vient de très loin, difficulté de saisir les mots.  Ça ne vient certainement pas de la région montréalaise!!  Sans doute une tentative d'arnaque quelconque!!

This number has being calling me for 3 days now. He has indian accent and he kept on telling me to go to my computer so he can help me fix my virus on  my system.I told him i have no computer because i was suspicious but he asked if i have an andriod phone. I told him NO.......and he is still calling me. I told him i will report the number to police.......How can one stop this number from calling me....They are scammers...
