I've recieved similar calls from different numbers in the past month. They are trying to scam information out of you, and hang up if you wise up to them and ask them their business. Why do they call and hang up on me in midsentence?! This is the worst, the rudest and most dishonest business practice. I'm sure these guys are crooks. DO NOT TELL THEM ANYTHING!!!

I get 3 - 4 calls a day from this BoZo outfit, even after PRESSING 2 to be removed from their call list.
I've placed a call with my district attorney office to press them to do something, not only for me but others being bothered with this mess.

These people call me at least 3 times a day and when asked to opt out of this on the do not call list which i have been on they just hang up.Well I just called and pressed one to leave a message and told them that I have contacted the F.B.I.and they told me that they have rec'd numerous complaints and have an agent assigned to track these calls and to keep the complaints coming.As i left the message I let the "F" word fly at least 12 times.Maybe these scumbags will get the idea that the F.B.I. is aware of this and will stop the calls....

515-369-5617 just called our home and we too have been on the do not call list since inception.  I did NOT pick up the phone.  Please NAIL these Jokers!

Just got a call from them about lowering my credit card rate.  They gave me a bunch of phoney info about Equifax being the one that called me and how the fine print in the credit card terms allows them to help me lower my rates.  Said they could cut all my rates in half, but needed a credit card in good standing with $800 to $1000 available credit to verify I qualified.  I told them I thought it was a scam and I was not interested.  He commented "Hope you enjoy your high credit card rates" as I was hanging up.

Didn't answer the call, they didn't leave a message.  Seems like they are pretty well known in this neck of the woods.  Don't know how the call center hasn't been shut down by now.

Call was on caller ID - I wasn't home but never answer numbers that I do not recognize anyway.  Caller ID simply read CALL and on next line 515-369-5617.  I have been on the do not call list since day one - there is SOME way to collect money from those who violate the list but so far I haven't been able to find out how without spending money to actually file suit.  In order to do that, too, one needs a name and location for service.

I got a call from these people on Saturday. Since I didn't recognize the number they left a message telling me to call them about reducing my credit card percentage. Thank God I read the statements on this site.

They called with a recording that said that they could lower my credit card interest rate, i pressed 9 to speak with someone, I asked which company this was that was calling and the guy hung up on me.  It is a SCAM!

Called today 11:11 MT. Automated call to reduce Visa rate, press 9, got "agent" that asked Q's about my account I would not answer, he insisted, I said "no", his reply "F*** You!"

This is fradulent harrassment.

I am persuing this with the state I live in. I suggest you all do the same if you would like companies like this to stop. Contact your state Attorney General and file a report.

You have a telemarketer working in your area,
They use NEXGEN INTEGRATED COMMUNICATION, L.L.C.  for there phone service.
Find the PDF attached that has there certificate no. and what little info i could find  for phone service.
I would contact them but they have no contact number.
The telemarketers use one number I know of 515-369-5617 shows "CAP" on caller ID.
They call all hours of the day, even on weekends, especially Sunday.

I am on the do not call list.

You should do something about this telemarketer, their is no way to contact them,
when they call as soon as you say you do not have a credit card or that you want your number removed
they hang up.

I would hate to have to take out a negative add about your city des moines iowa, and the phone service, every where I can.
This is my last place to try, before I start a negative ad campaign.
Please shut them down.

Received a call from this number 8 Aug 09, 1:53 P.M.  After listening to my pre-recorded message about not answering calls from solicitors, even those I have a current business relationship with UNLESS I am expecting their call, you'd think that they would not waste their time continuing to call a number that won't cooperate with their scams.  They have called on 1 or 2 other occasions.  The best way to STOP these criminals is to simply NOT ANSWER a call from a number you don't recognize.  If it is a friend, legitimate caller, or family member, they will leave you a message.  Otherwise, consider all such calls as SUSPECT.  The scammers are not only in Africa, India, Russia, the Netherlands, the Fillipines, etc., they are right here among us.  It will get worse with the economy dwindling.  Please beware.  Don't give anyone you can't see face-to-face any information about your private life, and then check them out.  Report these scumbag scammers to the FCC, and the FTC, so that if they are violating DNC rules and citizen's rights to privacy then maybe the Trade and Communication Commissions will shut them down.

I have received several calls from this group claiming to be "Card Holder Services" from several different numbers. It's the same  spiel each time. They're going to lower my interest rates. Right, I believe them. I'm also going to get lot of money from a Nigerian prince soon.

I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list, yet the calls continue. They state that they are not bound by the Do Not Call Registry list (I don't believe the registry has a scammer exception, though). They claim to represent more than 5500 banks, and that I was referred to them by a credit bureau. They hang up when asked for details.

The SOB called today and a return call only gets 2 requests to enter the phone# to be removed. I bet that we'll get hundreds of calls NOW!!!!

I am on the do not call list, but keep getting a call from 515-369-5617.  They do not leave a message if you do not answer...usually, but if you do, they try and sell some credit card scam

I got the 515-369-5617 call again today despite the do-not-call list.  It seems my answering machine is enough to trigger a follow-up call, so they call me at least once, and sometimes several times, a day.  Our Govt and the FCC aren't going to do anything about these annoyances; so, I've started always checking the area code and CallerID before answering any call, land-line or cellular!  My approach is to NEVER answer any calls with an 800 area code or an UNAVAILABLE or UNKNOWN CallerID.  Also, if I don't recognize the caller's name, I let it go to voice mail.  If it's anyone I know, they'll leave a message... robot calls and telemarketers usually don't leave messages.

Most definitely a scam!! I questioned how they could lower my rates if they weren't even with my credit card company and SURPRISE they hung up on me.

Got 5 calls today, 2 from "515-369-5617" and 3 from "Unknown". The "Unknown" happens to be an "Airtel" or "Aircel" representative. I just hungup and never picked it up again.

Received a call from this number on caller ID from CAP on 7-6-09 @ 5:52PM an did not reyurn call.

Seems like these bastards feel like they can get away with all of these crap.  Clearly DO NOT CALL LIST does not worry them.  I just got a call from them, and when it transfered to supposedly a live agent, they just hung up.  

Apparently, our FCC is absolutely worthless in controlling these people.  Another one that is doing the same thing is the caller from "New Market, MD" with phone number 301-882-9986.  I have filed a complaint with FCC.GOV, but nothing is happening.

This number calls and when I answer they hang up.  At least 3 times this week already.

I got a call from this number it was a recording saying if I have been a victim of lending fraud they could help....On my cell phone.

They called me at 12:25 today.  I pressed 2 to be removed from list.  At 1:47 they called.  I was on the other line and ignored the call.  Called again at 1:49, 1:50, 1:51, and 1:53.  I finally called the number back and selected option #1 and it let me leave a message.  I indicated to remove my number or ELSE.  I use my phone for business only and make out going calls all day.

This is the 3rd call today 7-15-09 just a recorded message. Will not stop calling. Who are you! Stop it.
