answered to a lot of back ground noise that sounded like a call center...a heavily accented person asked for a made up name, and when I said they had a wrong number they asked if I was interested...not sure what I was suppose to be interested in.....strange even by crap call standards

They just called me saying they work for Windows and tried to guide me to a website, when I refused she called me a "bloody american c**t" I wish I knew of a proper method of legally pressing charges for harassment. I doubt the local polic can do anything - oh and supposedly the US Federal Government pays them.

They're back! Got a call from "Nash" with a heavy Indian accent who was. Supposed to be calling from Bradford England, asking me to turn on my computer so that he could check for a virus. He said the company was techisonline, but when I asked for the company phone number to verify who he was, he hung up. They called me on my mobile, it flagged up unknown number.s

This Indian sounding guy called 5 times from unknown # but gave me
516-730-7009 and said he works for techniciansonline and wanted me to let him access my PC to speed it up and clear errors and warnings that could crash my computer at anytime. Today the same guy calls and caller ID says insurance with 515-369-5805 but continues about letting me give him access to my PC for a one time charge and he would change the last 5 digets of my Microsoft registration # and I would get 2 years free software updates and faster PC responce.  BOTH #'S are scams 516-730-7009 and 515-369-5805 same guys! BEWARE

They call as federal agents working for Medical Health program and try to sell you something called federal health cards. This is bu***hit.

everyday i get a phone call from this 515-369-5805 number n jus like everybody else wen i dont answer they call back within seconds but i still dont answer. i dont kno who they are but its annoying. like how did they get my number? all i kno is that i bout the acai berry things off the internet n i been gettin all sorts of weird s**t and weird emails about contests i've won that i dont remember entering .. im jus annoyed :| grrrrrrr...

Got a call from this number.  A guy offering to consolidate our Credit Card debt - "just give me your credit card numbers and the amounts you owe on each one".  I didn't fall for it; but I feel sorry for the folks that inevitably will.

Just called me too.  I have often received calls like this, and it seems that if I answered and told them to shove, they would just call back.

Here's what has worked...if you are able to answer the phone in a silent location, do it, and remain completely quiet.  Wait for them to hang up.  The phone calls seem to diminish when I do this.

This number is one of those made up Numbers through the Virtual Voip Telephone networks. There is no such telephone numbers. They call from Asia with some offers and ask if we are intrested.

Then they ask for Name, Dob, Credit card and other personal details.

Easy to use the card and info for any online purchase and you will end up with some huge amount on your Credit Card Statement.

The recent scam they are in is Bell Mobile phone Scam.

Yup sounded like a call center.  Dude had a thick Indian accent. I have call waiting and I put them on hold.  They hung up and didn't call back. Called them back and got this message  "Thank you for taking the time to call us back. Press one if you want to find out more about our products and services. Press two if you want to be removed from our calling list."

i ignored the call and the number called back within seconds. never picked up
