This is another number of many used by what appears to be a very active credit card phishing scam. This is not a legitimate business but instead fraudsters and thieves. Being on the DNC list will not stop some one who is already committing credit card fraud. They will hang up on you if you do anything other than gladly give out your card information. If you call them out, ask to be removed, or simply ask too many questions the will hang up on you. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION!

These a***oles keep calling my cell phone.  I have blocked them, but the idiots still call.  Very nasty people - woman jumped down my throat when I told her to stop calling me.

They keep calling a million times at all hours with this credit service crap.  I have filed charges and it still doesnt stop.  but i know my minutes are few and i dont like wasting them!

Lots of luck stopping these guys -- if they can't get you on one number they just use another.  Does anybody out there have any idea how to stop these annoying fools?

This number has called me at least three times this week. Yesterday I picked up, pushed 1 to speak to speak to someone, and in a pleasant voice I asked who was calling to which the female representative responded with a question: "How much do you owe on all of your credit cards?". I replied that "I do not know anything, which is why..." and she immediately hung up. Just got a second call today. I called back and got a very strange message not indicating any business. F*** ROBOT CALLS AND F*** TELEMARKETERS! We NEED to the ACTIVELY GO AGAINST the Mobile Information Call Act of 2011.

Telemarketers are nothing but miserable jerks trying to steal a dollar from anyone they can!!!!! It is so frustrating to report them and have nothing happen.  Our wonderful gov't at work!!!!!!!

Why do these calls go on and on?

What do these pages do besides give us a place to come and write out our frustrations? I am beginning to wonder. I am really sick of these calls too. I get 2-3 a week these days. It's getting ridiculous. What if in a few years it's 2-3 a day!?!?

My number is on the do not call list. I report the numbers that come in. I have answered and replied not I am on the do not call list, been hung up on, not answered, answered and left the phone on to discourage them, etc.....still the calls come.

Why? Who benefits? How much traffic does that create for these sites?

I am done filling these things out only to maybe call them out. Seriously, no one is asking me for my routing number, sell me something, or offer me everlasting love for a small fee.......so who benefits?

I reported this number to the Missouri Attorney General's Office.  They took the number and told me to never talk to them as they are a scam.  They also said they are working on finding out who these people are and getting this stopped.  She advised me to just push ignore on my phone is I recognize the phone number, but I told here they are constantly changing phone numbers.  She told me to be patient. And she reminded me this is not telemarketers, this is a scam.

Got this call. They called twice. I KNOW this is the SAME credit card debt consolidation company again. These idiots pretend to know your situation and ask you to speak to a representative by pressing 1. If they did they'd know I don't even own a credit card, nor have I ever.

There are two guys behind this scam and they have a slew of corporations, many of them defunct. I searched using the name ?American Debt Negotiators? and found the name of the Registered Representative was a guy named RAN BARNEA, aca RAN DAVID BARNEA, aca DAVID R BARNEA. He is also listed as the president of a whole slew of other active corporations. The other guy is DANIEL T. POST. This stuff is all public record. This company is trying to collect all of your credit card information: amount owed, interest rate, card issuer, credit card number including exp. date and 3-digit code.

I too am on the do not call registry.  I would file a complaint with the government if their site wasn't so difficult to navigate and their process equally frustrating.  I should be able to simply enter my number and the offenders number and then let them handle it.  Instead, it's a series of windows, drop down menus, looking up facts.  Why do we pay for there to be an office to handle this and clearly, they are not.  When you call the number a recorded voice says, "The mailbox belonging to *Mike Hall?* (some garbled man's voice) is full and cannot accept messages at this time."

When this number called me I pressed the "1" to get their customer service person. When I asked the woman what their company name is ..... she simply said "how much do you owe on all your credit cards?" When I asked her again what the company name was ... she hung up. What kind of company doesn't even want to give you their name??? Seriously!!!

This company keeps calling, stating they can lower my interest rate, on the DNC list, but they don't adhere to those rules.  A loud whistle next time they call and maybe a new eardrum will be in the future for the next caller.  I asked to speak with a manager and get hung up on.  Jerks

I have received more than 150 (I have them documented) calls from these criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC but due to the volume of these scammers I don't think they will ever stop any of them.
I find that I get great enjoyment by pressing 1 and talking to one of their "reps". I have a phony name, credit card number, security code and social security number that I use. The only legitimate number that I give them is the customer service number from a card that I no longer use since they raised my rates.
I try to ask the criminals as many questions as possibe to keep them on the phone as long as I can. The scammers seem to get upset once they finally figure out that THEY are getting scammed. I guess they think their time is more valuable than mine.

Ok, it's been nearly 2 weeks since these guys stopped calling, and these guys could be related to Consolidated Recovery Group out of Escondito, CA. Pull your credit report and see if there's a collections item from these guys (you're entitled to a free report from the three credit agencies every year). I had an outstanding item related to a closed business account from a couple of years ago that was being reported by CRG. I found out about it about 2 months after these turds started calling me. I cleaned the little mess up, and lo and behold, 2 weeks later they stop calling. It could be a coincidence, but if anyone else has an outstanding item from this group, I'll consider that smoke enough for there to be a fire and I'll post all the information I have on the company, including mailing address, phone numbers, and principal's names.

if these a**les called you three times in a row and woke your baby up like they woke my kid up you would be wishing them dead too! Why the frig are u defending these idiots? I understand its a job and they are just trying to make a living but when you answer and politley tell them to not call again and they hang up on you and then call u back it pisses you off!

WOW, some of the messages on here are nasty....you guys would do well to relax a little.  This is just a way of life unfortunately.  I too am on the do not call list and everyday I'm getting calls from some spam company.  What I do the first time I get a call is hop on here whocallsme.com check it out then I put the phone number in my blocked calls list on my cell phone....and I never received additional calls from the same number.  A bit of an extra step for me, but then I don't get to the point where I'm making fun of people or wishing them dead as some of you have.

I've gotten 2 calls from this number so far today.  I answered the first time they called and "click" they hung up so I didn't answer the second time. We pay $100 per month for our landlines and at least 3 out of 4 incoming calls are these scammers.  Frustrating...  :P

They called me  to lower my credit card interest rate.  When I started asking questions about their company they got very snippy and rude.  The guy said his name was Christopher and that just because I wasn't familiar with their company didn't mean it doesn't exist.

I say it does exist as a scam rip off to get private information to steal from you.

I just turn on the FAX machine manually to "receive" their call.  A little bit of payback when you get a "live body" telemarketer on the line.

They can't get real jobs so whoever is on the other end works as a spam bot. Just plain losers in sheeps clothing. LAUGH at them. If you don't recognize the number let them robo dial all day long, since we can't seem to do a thing about these spam bots.

You think the government would just fine these a-holes huge f-fing fines, that would stop them right away!  And these types of websites are enough proof of who is abusing their phone privileges.  I do not have a single credit card and I run into the same problems as these other poeple above; always a different number, always the same jerk offs
