Keep getting phone calls from this number. They never leave a message. They just hang up.

I just LEFT verizon and I am getting this call on my CELL number....wtf?

I have both Cablevision and FIOS at two different addresses in two different States. This number calls me all the time. It is apparently a cablevison number and BTW I like FIOS a lot better. I also have Verizon cell phone service and it always calls my cell number.

call from cablevision - it was a courtesy call just to see how service is ..  just give them the time of day  I threw girl off by my complaints but it was all good ..  she just wanted to explaine the options of service.

When I answered the line was dead for a few seconds, then a woman came on and said "I can contact you back later." and hung up.  Weird.  I read a lot of notes about it being Cablevision.  I do have Cablevision, but haven't recently cancelled or changed anything & don't owe them.

Just got a call from this number, with nothing but silence on the machine, no message left.  I am a Cablevision and Verizon customer, haven't cancelled anything, but I suppose they might want me to upgrade something.  I hope this doesn't keep happening.

It's a call from CABLEVISION.

Optimum (Cablevision) wanting to give me exciting offers to increase my cable bill.  No thanks! They've called at least 6 times, and you either get dead air or a recording saying how they missed speaking to me.  I called it back and went through the steps to be placed on their Do Not Call list.  They just called me again!

It's Cablevision trying to get back its customers with 50Mbps, very low prices like $100 with a DVR and HBO and baseball, wifi, phone battery, and other goodies. It seems like a good deal; I wish they had these lower prices before I quit them, but I'll stay with FIOS for now....

I receive calls from this number almost daily. found out it was CSC Holdings from online research. wish I'd found this site earlier. I am also a current Cablevision subscriber and have T-Mobile, so I have no idea why they're calling me. Weird.

People keep saying it must be verizon because they switched from cablevision to verizon.  Let's use some common sense. Some people switched from cablevision to other companies like at&t.  I switched to comcast. Ding ding ding.  It's not verizon, it's cablevision.

I'm not a verizon customer, i AM a cablevision customer, and this number calls my cell CONSTANTLY with blankness on the other end- says CSC HOLDINGS on the caller id...called just now and did the 'do not call list' thing.. hopefully this little game is over with ">__>

I have Cablevision (current customer) and I have At&T cell service.  No idea why they would keep calling me!

They enjoy my voice so much that they call night and day and never say anything if I let the call go to voicemail they leave a 2 second vm of nothing.. So very annoying!

gettn a call frm a gentleman now using the name of officer mark brown..if he calls u do not give them any information it is a scam..the number he called me from today is 516-203-1278..dont let these people scare u..just hang up..i went as far a filing a claim with the FTC which is federal trade commssion..they have on going case's with these type of scams..

Okay, so after numerous calls with no message left, I finally decided to answer and check who it was.  It was a person who identified himself as a Cablevision supervisor.  He asked why I canceled and I told him why.  He was very polite and not pushy at all.  Just said I could come back anytime.  HTH!

My caller ID identifies this as   UH--?  I also just switched to Verizon.  REturning the call only yields a tech message about not dialing a '1' or '0' to reach this number.

I have the same problem too. I just switched to Verizon last week. I think it has to do something from Verizon. they call me at the same time everyday (9:05am)

yes, i just switch to verizon as well and am now receiving calls from this number.

I'm getting calls from the number 516-224-6027 and I also recently switched to Verizon. They call at the same time every day, three or four times.

Just called it back, had something to do with Cablevision...I opted to be put on the do not call list.  Apparently, cablevision is probably trying to get in touch with me, because I just recently canceled them and am switching over to Verizon Fios, they are just not happy with that and won't stop calling me to offer me new packages.
