Rosie y Wong LLc charged me 20.94

They charged my card 20.94. The bank specialist told me it is a hotel or motel.....Rosie y Wong II LL NORCO is what shows up in my account. I was at work not at a hotel when it happened. I have also received the phone call from 5163242661. I wonder how they are related?

Make sure everyone files with the FTC, I work in law enforcement and I too had the same thing happen.  Everyone should make a report with the town this business resides as welll

Guess what? Me too. Charge for $8.60 made to my credi card on 8/21. Credit card company spotted it and stopped it then called me. They closed the account and issued new credit card. Question: how'd they get the credit card number in the first place? No one seems to know. Can't the New York states attorney close these people up?

I also got charged 6.60 from globexgym. It was after I agreed to have a FREE sample of 'complex cleanse' mailed to me. I gave my cc number for the $2 s&h. They promised the sample was free and did not need to be returned, if I cancelled within the two weeks allowed. I cancelled and they said I needed to mail back the free sample pills within thirty days or they would charge me 39.95! I said I would not as it was free and he got mad and kept saying we will charge you. I said I would report them and asked to speak to the manager. He refused and said he didnt have one! They sent another bottle of pills after I had cancelled and charged my cc $78! So now the bank is disputing it for me. I think complex cleanse gave my cc number to globexgym or something since it was the same time. What a pain!

Found a charge from this company for $9.70 on my visa check card. I called the vendor and they hung up on me. went to the bank to fill out the paperwork and cancel my card, and found out they refunded my money???  I dont know how or why they hung up on me before i ever gave them my name or numbers... very strange im not sure whats going on. Im just glad i got my money back and a new card #

i got a charge of 9.40 when i called this company they told me it was an order for a fishing rod.which i did not order where and why did they get my credit card no.and i cant believe that my credit card company put the charges through.after calling them they told me they would give me a refund of 9.40 back on my credit card in 2-3 buisness days which im going to look for and if they do refund the charge then im cancelling out this credit card. and then im going to turn them in.this is ridculous.i just cant believe this happened im shocked and so upset if they charge this amount what stops them from charging a large amount.thats why im cancelling out my card.

I found a charge from them for $7.90 on my account while I was researching other fraudulent charges.
I wonder if the people who do this have ever been $7.90 etc from feeding their kid. Or worse, not have access to any of their money because some J*&^% A*# stole from them and they had to close their card.

Yet another victim of GlobeX Gym scam!  I found out this morning I had a charge of $8.80 on my debit card today from GlobeX Gym.  I called the bank, who gave me the phone number of the vendor.  I called the vendor who stated an order for an air pump was made this morning with my debit card.  They actually had the name of a person who lives in my house so I naturally thought someone used my card without permission.  This is not the case.  They have alread reversed the charges.

Another victim of the GlobeX Gym scam! Just found out today company charged my debit card $8.90. I don't know this company, never had contact with them. Now we must close out card and wait for new one to arrive. Hope to God I never find out who from GlobeX is running the scam  ..if I do and able to get my hands on them I will beat the $8.90 out of em' and then some for the aggrevation!

Fraudulent charge on my card, reported to bank and closed the account.  Will report to FTC in hopes that they will do something about the scam going on here.

Have a charge on my card in FL I am waiting on hold right now with my bank. I plan on reporting it also to the FTC.

I got a credit card charge from "globexgym.us" for $9.60.   The phone number for the transaction was (516)324-2661.  Never did business with GlobexGYM.US.  I wish someone would track these guys down and prosecute them.

I also received a charge on my credit card for $8.60.  Immediately called the bank to dispute and they are investigating and issuing me a new card and canceling the old.  Unreal!  This is a total scam, and I , too, will report to FTC.

I too found a charge on my checking account statement.  No phone calls received nor any "products or services."  This is an absolute scam, I have filed a complaint with the FTC and am heading to my bank to find out more information and dispute the charge.  These people need to be held accountable for their actions, I hope others will file complaints with the FTC also.

I too got a charge from this company but it was on a credit card. Luckily my credit card knew it was not me and sent me notification. The day before this charge was made for $9.90 another charge for $20.00 was made to a Rosie Wong LLC, I didn't make that charge either. This is very scary that they are doing this to so many people.

I filed a complaint with the FTC as well.  They don't do individual investigations, but they track it and will go after someone when there's a trend of complaints.  I hope more people will file a complaint, too.  I got my $9.70 back, and I bet this group of scammers is counting on the fact that most people will not notice the small charge, netting them who knows how much money from people not as observant as us.

These jerks stole from too.  We need to go after them. Not a call from them, just a theft from my bank account. I have called them(?) many times back, first time woman answered and then hung up when I ask why and how did you get my debit card account .  All my other calls are a machine then no one is available.  I have called from different phones so not to be tracked my the crooks.. I did close that debit card but makes one wonder still how they got this info.  If these jerks can do this then there are others just out there waiting to steal from you and me.

I am dealing with this same issue. I don't understand how they got my information. This is so irritating.

They didn't call me, but they charged my credit card $9.70. When I called my bank and to contest it, they were able to tell me the number belongs to a sporting goods store in New York state. (GlobeXGym.us). I researched this and found out my experience has a lot of fraudulent charge complaints. Not sure how they got my card, but it's closed now!
