John from Brookville called for the boss. When the boss wasn't available, John asked for boss's cell number. I don't give that out to people I don't know, so asked for his name and number and he gave it to me. A first for an "investment adviser."

Dude give me a break with your whining. Honestly. Every broker dealer cold calls, and warms up referrals before opening an account. They are a securities firm just like the other 100's out there. Do some investors lose money, sure. Do some investors make money? You bet. You guys are like a bunch of losers, you go around slandering wall street guys because you or someone you know, or someone you read about decided to take a gamble with money they didn't have, and when they lost it, they felt they had the right to complain about it, but no one complains when they are made money. You all sound like a bunch of petty crybabies. Block the phone number, or make your number private or something. I looked this firm up, they are registered with FINRA, they have little complaints about them for a company that's been in business for 6 years as I can see from checking. Go do something better with your time than slander working professionals. Imagine every time a rep at your company performed less than average customer service it was reported on the internet and you had tons of people slandering what you built? I don't own Brookville Capital, nor do I work there, but I do own a business, and you guys are actually worse than the telemarketers that make phone calls. Is the market for everyone? No. Some people win, some people lose, but to go around labeling something a scam when it's not a scam is ridiculous.

He is also involed in Parkway stero,and a club on Bell Blvd but his name or salary is not found he is another wantabe Madoff .How could he live in a $5,000,000 house that is not in his name he is nothing but a SNAKE

This person continues to call and is very rude and loud.  We have continually told them NOT to call and they continue.  Trying to sell us stock that is secret and don't want anyone else to know about it.   We are on Do Not Call . Gov and this does not seem to stop them.

They are now trying the trick of "Oh hey, I seem to have lost (insert owners first name here) cell number.  Could you give me that again?"

Broker at this firm recontacted me after churning an account I did with him at previous brokerage.

Apologized for the lousy performance (he made over 12k in 7 months on fees) he delivered but he had learned allot. At my expense of course.

Really? If you have had a positive experience with this company consider yourself extremely fortunate or perhaps you too are a part of the ongoing scam that is Brookville Capital Partners Llc. Also formerly known as New Castle Financial Group Inc. Regardless of who you really are, if you have profited through the actions that this company, you need to realize how this money was obtained. Definitely not through shrewd investing but rather through relentless cold calling and ultimately taking advantage of anyone that falls for the misinformation that this boiler room is spewing. Ask any former employee or former client how they feel about this group of scam artists. Negative information is not hard to find.

Called for CEO and wouldn't leave a #

Brookville Capital Partners is a good company that I have worked with for years. They've been professional, courteous and helpful with my financial needs. I recommend them to anyone.

Called for President of the Company.  Returned calls from this # are being recorded and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  Please STOP this smartass guy from calling.

Rude Solicitation for Stock Recommendations. Caller ended call with FU when told no.

I am sick and tired of these dirt bag stock brokers calling me on my work cell and work direct line! I cus at them and tell them never to call again and they keep it up. There is no getting rid of them. I urge you to never do any business with New Castle. They are nothing but slime!

Calls for CEO. I tell him he's not in the office and the jerk just hangs up. I try take a message but he hangs up to fast. Very unprofessional, not to mention irritating.

Calls for our CEO but refuses to leave a name/number or leave a voicemail.

Just a suggestion...send an e-mail to their office politely telling them you don't appreciate the rudeness and that if they don't stop calling you will be forced to report them to Attorney General's office. I did this with another caller (I get this guy too) and ended up getting an e-mail back with an apology...still have not had another call, we'll see...but maybe give it a try.

Refused to leave number, called back, pushed 0 for option to talk to someone, just rang and rang, no one ever answered.

these jo's called pushing stocks, at one point the guy said hold on,,,sell those 50,000 shares of jordan stock....what a buinch of clown's there not even good at watching boiler room movies...definitely a flim flam a scam clan...stay away
