Got a letter from Jzanus saying that I owed money even though I paid my one bill off from them already. Is it a scam? I haven't paid anything to them.

got a call from this number and it read as jzanus homecare. I don't know anyone from that company, never applied for a job nor do I have a family member being cared for through them. I think this was the same company that called last week and they showed up as an order of protection agency. it seems like anyone can get your name and try to harass you for money, pretending to be a legitimate company

Matt called me from this explaining that he was trying to collect a debt that I owed to Westchester Medical Center.
Another guy called me from a different number explaining the SAME situation LAST WEEK so I paid him the amount he told me I owed.
Matt says that according to their records, no one from his office has called me about the debt and that I probally have more than one bill from the hospital. I have been to that hospital ONE time, there is no other bill.

Beth Israel hospital is trying to cover their unprofessional and wrongful billing. Customer service representatives, including Kelly Overton, a manager, are rude and have no customer service skills.
